Η αλήθεια είναι πως η ευγένεια το χαμόγελο και κυρίως ο επαγγελματισμός σε κερδίζουν. Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από την κυρία στην υποδοχή-ταμείο τόσο και από τον τεχνικό ο οποίος με απλά λόγια και λεπτομερώς βοήθησε στο να καταλάβω τι έφταιγε στο κινητό. Επαγγελματίες σε μεγάλο ανταγωνισμό ! Συγχαρητήρια! I visited that store to buy accessories, and technical advice for a fault in my cell phone. The truth is that politeness, a smile and especially professionalism win you over. Excellent service from the lady at the reception-cashier as well as from the technician who in simple words and in detail helped me to understand what was wrong with the mobile phone. Professionals in great competition! Congratulations!

Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα TheFixers με σκοπό να δω αν επισκευάζεται και ποιο ήταν το κόστος, οι τεχνικοί το έλεγξαν και μου έδωσαν ένα πολύ λογικό κόστος, αποφάσισα να προχωρήσω με την επισκευή και τώρα το κινητό μου δουλεύει και πάλι και δεν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσω άλλο. Owner of Huawei P30 Pro for about 2 years now and lately I have had an issue with the headset to the point of thinking of replacing it with something newer because I was listening to almost nothing. I visited the TheFixers store to see if it was being repaired and what the cost was, the technicians checked it and gave me a very reasonable cost, I decided to proceed with the repair and now my mobile is working again and I did not have to buy any more.

Η ταχύτητα βέβαια επίλυσης κάθε προβλήματος ποικίλει ανάλογα την φύση του αλλά στην δίκη μου περίπτωση έμεινα εντυπωσιασμένος. Σίγουρα ένα κατάστημα που προτείνω όσον αφορά τα ηλεκτρονικά και τυχόν επισκευές και σίγουρα ένα κατάστημα το οποίο θα επισκεφθώ ξανά « φτου φτου μακρυά » γιατί αυτό θα σημαίνει πως κάτι πάλι χάλασα,όπως και να έχει όμως δεν έχω πλέον άγχος γιατί οι the fixers είναι εδώ. Μπράβο παιδιά!! Excellent !!! Professionals, polite and incredibly fast !! Of course, the speed of solving each problem varies depending on its nature, but in my case I was impressed. Definitely a store that I recommend in terms of electronics and any repairs and definitely a store that I will visit again "damn damn away" because it will mean that I broke something again, but I no longer have anxiety because the fixers are here . Όλο το προσωπικό αλλά και συγκεκριμένα η κοπέλα στο front office είναι απίστευτα εξυπηρετικοί! Δεν έχω φύγει ποτέ ανικανοποίητος από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα γι αυτό το λόγο το προτιμώ για οτιδήποτε έχει να κάνει με το τηλέφωνο, smartwatch κλπ. Προσωπικά, ακόμα και αν βρίσκω κάτι που έχουν διαθέσιμο άλλα καταστήματα πιο φθηνά πχ μέσω Skroutz, πάλι το Fixers Πειραιά προτιμώ ! Συγχαρητήρια για την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, το εξαίρετο προσωπικό και το όλο success στο customer service. Συνεχίστε στους ίδιους ρυθμούς! The rating of this store can not fall below 5 *! ! ! All the staff and specifically the girl in the front office are incredibly helpful! I have never left this store unsatisfied, for this reason I prefer it for anything to do with the phone, smartwatch, etc. Personally, even if I find something that other stores have available cheaper, for example through Skroutz, again I prefer Fixers Piraeus !
