★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με ενημέρωσαν τηλεφωνικώς ότι διέθεταν το προϊόν που επιθυμούσα. Εν τέλει όταν έφτασα στο κατάστημα συνειδητοποίησαν ότι είχαν κάνει λάθος και εν τέλει δεν το είχαν . Άδικος δρόμος για να φτάσω μέχρι εκεί . Δεν ειπώθηκε ούτε ένα συγνώμη .
I was informed by phone that they had the product I wanted. Eventually when I arrived at the store they realized that they had made a mistake and in the end they did not. Unfair way to get there. Not a single apology was made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγαπητοι κυριοι οταν ο πελατης θελει ενα προιον το θελει ΤΩΡΑ οχι μετα απο 4 μερες. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ στην εξυπηρετηση και απορω για τις καλες κριτικες. Ενα επειγον προιον και χρειαζονται 4 ολοκληρες μερες να στο φερουν και εφοσον εχεις πει παραλαβη απο το καταστημα. Επικοινωνια επισης ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ. Μονο μεσω σαιτ παραγγελια και ενημερωση μεσω email. Οι καλοι επιχειρηματιες εχουν τηλεφωνικες παραγγελιες για αμεση εξυπηρετηση κι εσεις με προιοντα τεχνολογιας εχετε μονο επικοινωνια μεσω σαιτ και email???? Ειπαμε να προτιμησουμε μαγαζια της γειτονιας αλλα εσεις το τερματισατε. Αλλη φορα public κλπ..να εχουμε αμεση εξυπηρετηση.
Dear Sirs, When the customer wants a product, he wants it NOW, not after 4 days. UNACCEPTABLE in the service and I wonder about the good reviews. An urgent product and it takes 4 whole days to bring it and if you have said pick up from the store. Communication also UNACCEPTABLE. Only through site orders and information via email. Good businessmen have telephone orders for immediate service and you with technology products only have communication via site and email ???? We said we would prefer neighborhood shops but you finished it. Other times public etc..to have immediate service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα μια θήκη για Xiaomi και μια καλυψη οθόνης tempered glass,και τα δύο ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση.Η θήκη ήταν μισή ξεθωριασμένη,το tempered glass έχει μείνει πιθανότατα στον ήλιο και έχει αφήσει τού αυτοκόλλητου την επιγραφή επάνω. Κακή εμπειρία για πρώτη αγορά.
I received a case for Xiaomi and a tempered glass screen cover, both of which were in poor condition. The case was half faded, the tempered glass has probably been left in the sun and has left the inscription on the sticker. Bad experience for first purchase.
