Totally disappointed, our pc was not in good condition and it took about three months to receive it after all. A friend of us also bought a pc from this company which had also error in the system and he is still waiting to receive it from the service!

I bought a laptop t530 Lenovo before 3 months. Very good package immediate recievement and authentic windows 10 licence. Excellent condition and specs. I would trust them uncontitionably. Only one problem that I had with the battery they help me within two days with no extra cost. Thanks

I bought a huawei p9 phone before some days and is excellent!! I found the company through a advertisment to facebook and I called them. Thank for sending it so soon because my ex phones had broken and I had no phone! Very good service and great condition and low price.

Very helpful staff and excellent quality of products. I just received my order for Samsung s7 edge and it is amazing. Unfortunately the did not have accessories like case for the phone in order to buy it too. Thank you for this phone it is perfect!

My experience from this company is the best. I have bought a pc home 800 g1 before almost a month and recently a phone as gift to my son. Excellent quality and services for both of them. We received them immediately, two days after the order in both times. The courier bring them to our house very quickly. I called once to pcrama's service department for help about some free programms that I would like to download to my pc and they were very helpful too. Pcrama earned our preference.

I am Greek but I will type everything in english so other people can understand aswell. Do not even bother with this site. First of all, their site is poorly made. Extremely unprofessional, starting from lack of periods, to double spacing etc. Not that this bothers me a lot, but something well written and formatted is going to look more reliable, trustworthy and eye catching. Now, leave all that aside. Too many lies. PCs and products labeled as ''Crazy good'' while in fact they are way, way below average. Then the items themselves are often problematic. Why? As also mentioned, they are not brand new. Not at all. I have heard people had tons of issues due to the fact that they are not factory new. Which adds to that, do you trust it? In addition, many of those PCs are cheap, true, and affordable, yes, however do not get fooled. Not all of them are cheap taking into considering their specifications, I checked some of them and they are way too overpriced, let alone for a ''expo'' product. If you build the same PC yourself you are saving hundreds. Gaming PCs, yet not a single one of them is for gaming, unless you consider Pacman a 2021 game. Yes, it could probably run that. The rest probably not. You also care about HOW it runs them, not only IF it runs them. Looking at the facebook and google comments/reviews, this site is good only for people with lack of PC knowledge, you mainly see middle aged people posting here who just want a computer to do some every day browsing. They are possibly good for daily and simple tasks, but nothing more than that (wouldn't even trust it for that myself however). TLDR; Not even worth it. It's clear they are targeting certain ages with barely any knowledge regarding tech.
