Έστειλα ένα κινητό xiaomi 2 φορές και μου το επέστρεψαν χειρότερο. Μου είπαν "μην το ξανά στείλετε πριν σας απαντήσουμε" και με έχουν απλά στο περίμενε, μάλλον μέχρι να λήξει η εγγύηση. Αν θέλετε xiaomi πάρτε καλύτερα από άλλο εισαγωγέα μήπως και έχει καλύτερο service
Tragic service. Absolutely no after sales support.
I sent a xiaomi cell phone 2 times and they returned it worse. They told me "don't send it again before we answer you" and they just waited for me, probably until the warranty expired. If you want xiaomi, get better from another importer, maybe it has better service
