HOSPITALITÉ EXCEPTIONNELLE ! Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de Marianne qui gère ses appartements d’une main de maitre. Les logements et la résidence sont d’une propreté irréprochable et les équipements sont de grande qualité. Marianne est soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes et donne toujours des bons conseils tant pour le quotidien que pour les visites atypiques hors des guides. Le concept est fait pour que l’on s’y sente parfaitement bien, au calme avec vue sur mer tout en étant à proximité de la rue principale sans les inconvénients. Les plages sont à quelques minutes à pied, Pelagos est aussi bien situé pour visiter l’ouest de la Crète. Nous avions vu que ce lieu était apprécié mais nous ne doutions pas à ce point ! Résidence remarquable comme il en existe rarement ! Qu’on se le dise ! Un grand merci à Marianne, sa famille, son équipe et l’affection de Kiara (la petite chienne).

The apartment itself is super, comfy, clean, spacious, it has everything you need and the location is amazing. Every apartment has a balcony which gives you a wonderful view over Cretan sea. Marianne was a lovely host. She was warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. ********** Marie-Eve et Antoine Ottawa, Canada Date of Stay: September 2009 First of all, the owner, Marianne, is absolutely welcoming and we were happy to encourage such a good business, one that really cares about customers. The apartments in themselves (we stayed twice there in 2 different units) are immaculate! They are so clean and beautiful, and really we did not want to leave at the end of our vacation. It was very convenient and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped! The view is gorgeous, and it's easy to enjoy it with the 2 pretty balconies that each unit has. There is also a pool for hot days, and a nice terrace. Finally, this place is at a walking distance from the main street in Platanias, and the beach is located at less than 1 kilometer distance. Personally, we thought that the beach in Platanias was too crowded for our tastes, some people like, some don't. Platanias is a real touristy spot... but the advantage is that you will find there everything you might need! Alternatively, we decided to spent most of our time on day trips to AMAZING and QUIET beaches that are easy to drive to (in a 25 km radius). So we always had breakfast and supper at our place at Pelagos, we explored the region during the day, and we could relax at night in one of the numerous pubs and cafes in Platanias. You can not ask for a nicer and personable host then Marienne. She has been an incredible host, and nothing is too much for her. She works so incredibly hard at maintaining these beautiful apartments. She makes your holiday. The location is great, they are situated in a peaceful location just off the main street. So close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The bus stop to Chania is so close. Thank you Marianne for looking after us. You deserve recognition and a gold medal!
