★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόνο απο το τηλέφωνο πριν δω τις κρητικές κατάλαβα ότι πρόκειται για έναν αγενέστατο τύπο.. Το ύφος κλασσικού ελληναρα, μου φώναξε στο τηλέφωνο χωρίς λόγο στο άκυρο και ηρέμησε όταν του ύψωσα την φωνή. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ. Προφανώς χτυπάει στις τιμές ( έχει τις μισές τιμές απο την επόμενη "καλύτερη" τιμή) παρολα αυτα δεν τον επέλεξα!
Only from the phone before I saw the Cretans did I realize that he is a very rude guy .. The style of a classic Greek, he called me on the phone for no reason and said calm down when I raised his voice. INADMISSIBLE. Obviously it hits the prices (it has half the prices from the next "best" price) however I did not choose it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very affordable to stay. Don't expect a real hotel but it probably is the most VFM option around. Particularly for a single person or a one night stay. Clean but small rooms and shared WC, showers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the hotel is rude and does not respect people's humanity . He fired us from the pension with no reason . I think good manners and proper behaviours are equally ipmortant with a successful business rrally really shame on him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very affordable and extremely well located, in the heart of Patras' life and very close to the waterfront (if you get lucky like me you can even see the sea from your balcony!). Unlike some other reviewers I found the owners to be very kind and friendly people, they just don't speak that much English so I can understand why they might come off as anything else.
If you do come in winter make sure to bring some warm clothing, as it's not the best isolated place (like many buildings in Greece).
