Best Resort hotel in Greece

O	Ovidiu Alexandru Dogaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool location! Bad costumer service bad food...ther allinclusive was so good that we eat every meal at close by taverns. They dont change sheets and towels and dont clean the room for a hole week... Even If it's a 3* hotel it still needs to change towels and stuff. We are going to tell the travel agency (Der Tour) about all the trouble we had with this hotel! Other info about the looks of outside building and soroundings and the position are good!
A	Andrzej Wasilewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately it was one of the worst hotels I've ever spent my holidays. In our room there were constant AC breakdown and few repairs took place. On the balcony there was a very unpleasant smell because water from AC was leaking all the time and standing on the floor. Moreover, there was NO WARM WATTER IN THE TOILET!! Also there was the worst food I've ever had on all-inclusive. Soups tasted like sewage, meat was of the worst quality, no seafood at all, breakfast every day exactly the same. The only positive thing of this place was its location at a picturesque location at the beach. You can definitely find much better places nearby for the similar price
P	Pufi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are not it, they have a strange odor in them, and the internet is the slowest i've ever seen! The people arecool, but the rooms and the internet are unbearable. You can do better with 60 euros
D	Domelisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed with this hotel. The place was quiet nice, but the food. It was just bad, Same meals every day. Really poor choices. They haven’t cleaned our room once in a 8 days. Drinks at bar was just boring.

Nobody has not done cleaning into our room for 7 days, they have not changed towels, they have not taken garbage . Services was not well, specially the bar man, who is wearing glasses, was very rude ! The food was unhealthy, cheap fish, ( code and pamgasius) salad made by what was remained, I supposed, the same type of food every day !

The views towards the sea and the mountains are stunning. Easy to get daily trips towards Kourna lake and Georgioupoli resort village
J	Jakub Krzyżaniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is not really new one, but it is very clean. If you want some cleaning in you room just say it to the staff. People are awesome and very helpfull. Main disadvantage for us as young people is bad connection with network. We couldn’t post image or send to our family for 3 days. If you need to work here or receive some e-mails it is not the best place for you. Food is just ok. There is no problem with quantity of food, but quality is something to improve. Main advantage for us is big swimming pool with lot of empty places to sunbathing. If you have good offer with not high price - come and see beautifull places on Crete.
S	Sebastian Sadowski (Sadix) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with great sea view from balcony. Hotel is daily cleaned. Beach with small pebbles with lifeguard stand. Good place as base for various trips. Few km from hotel there's a beautiful lake (kournas lake) with crystal water. Room we received was above our expectations. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful and there were daily animations both for kids and adults. In hotel bar in all inclusive option you could get free raki, ouzo, beer, brandy, white/red wine and soft drinks. Food was pretty good with few various dish options. There's a lot of shops and restaurants across the street. With such low price as for all inclusive option I can easly say that this hotel was one of the best we were staying in in Greece. Efharisto :)
