Aegina is a lovely Greek island. Perdika a super area to stay. We stayed at the Ilioperato Airbnb. Was perfect for quiet, sea and pool. Enjoyed going to Moni Island for swimming and viewing peacocks. A perfect get away. Remetzo Restaurant was great.

When visiting the Greek island of Aegina, I nearly always visit Perdika, a small seaside port with lots of taverns and a small beach for those who feel like a dip in the ocean. Due to the Aegina'sproximity to Athens, it is an ideal city break destination with many possibilities for excursions, beaches, swimming ... and lots of great tasting food. Persomlly I love having lunch in Perdika.... at my favorite Miltos fish tavern. The food here is always fresh and tasty and there are many choices for most budgets! Apart from the food, the view is tops , and the service quick & friendly.

Nice location but the marina is very small. We had to ancor in front of the marina entrance.

Very friendly taverna's lots to choose from. Mamas place is a pretty little local family owned shop that sells amazing jars of fruit jams ect. Very expensive supermarket just up from the marina! Best to walk past this and take a left turn just after the pharmacy a few steps you will discover a wonderful bakery and a choice of two cheeper supermarket's with lots of choices Including fresh fruit and vegetables. You can take a walk along the south shore to discover lots of German trenches and bunkers from ww2

Small village at the end of the island. Very nice harbour with a string of rest and bars. Very relaxing! There is a few beaches in town and nearby, not the best beaches but still crystal clear water.

A cute small port town not far from Aegina with a traditional Greek style and colors . We had a great time strolling around the small streets and around the bay, with some great views.
