Our flight arrived late and the drive was long and bit treacherous, so we ended up arriving close to midnight, but the staff waited for us and prepared fantastic dinner for us. The rooms were modern and rustic decor. They were clean and fairly spacious. We had a view of the pool and mountains from our windows, and was even able to watch the sunrise from our bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect place to relax and stay away from the daily routine. A hidden gem in the mountains! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was PERFECT! You can visit it in all seasons and you will not regret it! Don't forget to walk into the forest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 4 weeks in Crete and the last week in Pezoulia in Selakano. This was by far the most beautiful accommodation in Crete. We stayed in the wooden bungalow which had a large and very comfortable bed and a terrace with a great view.
The large shared pool is very beautiful and we were often the only ones relaxing there. The surrounding nature is also very beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the forest. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating - in the restaurant you are served and well advised at any time of the day. The food was very tasty and inexpensive and we tried many dishes that we had not tried before in Crete. Especially Maria took very good care of us and she makes the best fredo cappucino! All in all we really enjoyed our week in Selakano and would love to come again.
P.S. We drove daily with a Fiat Panda the road to Selakano and never had any problems (it's completely paved)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed one week at Pezoulia in the wooden bungalow and really enjoyed our stay there.
Everybody was very welcoming and nice to us. The food is very tasty but not expensive. We also enjoyed the big pool and walks in the area. Our appartment had an amazing view as well. We fully recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a warm welcome! Staff is really nice and helpful, it feels like one big family. Very clean and cosy accommodation in a quit environment. Just be aware that when you hire a car it should bring you uphill, so 4x4 is recommended. The food in the restaurant is traditional and very good.
