A huge thanks to the Greek people this place is kept immaculate..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited with our mother so she could pay her respects to her father who was killed in action when she was 2. A moving moment in time to see her write a final farewell after so many years. A beautifully kept cemetery, thank you to all that maintain it. In memory of Fred Layhe (face 8)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a touching place! So many men have given their lives to serve their country! It is taken care by the commonwealth war cemetary commission and it is in a fine state indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not normally one to ever pull out my phone in a cemetery however this experience was different as I travelled far to hopefully find the grave of my great grandfather who perished in the war.
This site is meticulously taken care of. The grass is well trimmed, there is no rubbish and the headstones of the fallen are all in immaculate condition.
Please show respect when you visit. There is a visitors book, I forgot to bring a pen so top tip if you're heading out.
