Nice location in the center of the town. Maybe you cannot see acropolis from the balcony because of the trees but it's very close to take a walk. It has economic rooms and more expensive to choose.

On my first evening I started hearing strange noises and when I turned on the lights I saw 2 LARGE size Rats running from the bin, the rats try to pull the wrappers from the bins. In the morning I complained at the reception and with Just a smile the manager told me they are trying to remove the Rats and they are sorry for Inconvenience, Good Bye. So bottom line only Stay here if you can share your room with RATS a lots and lots of them

Really good located dead in the center of Athens. 5 minutes to the agora and 15 to the Acropolis. Rooms were clean, quiet during the night despite being in the center. Breakfast was good, enjoyed it. Only downside would be the pillows which were really old. Would stay again when in Athens.

We stayed in the wretched Phidias hotel on the first part of our trip around Greece. When staying there a lot of jewellery went missing from our room, approximately €1500 worth. A lot of the missing pieces of jewellery were very sentimental and the hotel took no responsibility for the jewellery. They were very rude when approached about it. The police were informed and this hotel has ruined our trip to Greece. If you value your belongings and want to enjoy Greece, I thoroughly recommend to stay well clear of this hotel. I encourage everyone to look at all the other bad reviews and avoid this hotel. There's plenty of great places to stay in Athens and this has to be one of the worst.

The location is great, it's 5 minutes walk from the old city, and outside of the hotel there are many restaurants and bars. The wifi at the hotel is very good, and the breakfast have limited options and you need to pay for cappuccino. When we booked the room we got a message that we got upgrade to a bigger room for free, but in fact we got a very simple room. The staff at the hotel doesn't help with the luggages, and when you arrive you need to sign on an a paper that says the hotel is not responsible if any of your belongings got lost.. It's not a warm welcome and made me feel unsafe. At the end, the accommodation rate is not high, so I think the price is far to what you get, therefore I can't have high expectations, hence the rating of 4 stars.

Nice position. One of the best we had. But service and reception can be better. Poor the breakfast.

Beautiful location and wonderful vistas, however the facilities are barely maintained, breakfast is frankly awful. Staff were very helpful and friendly but the management seems to be very poor.

DON'T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL it was one of the worst stays I have ever, the staff were not respectful, they confirmed a room for us then we found that they moved us to another one. Then after a big discussion with them, you have to their faces when we entered every time to the hotel after that, plus you will never have the right to talk to the manager or to a responsible. We were planning to have a quiet stay for two days in Athens but choosing this hotel was the worst idea.
