★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday night, me and my family decided to visit Philoxenia pool Restaurant & Bar for food and drinks as we had heard the best words from everyone in Malia and after reading excellent reviews. We had great time there!!! I cannot express how beautiful environment is!!! Such relaxing and peaceful place gazing at the fabulous pools and high quality hotel facilities!!! The food is fantastic.. So delicious!!! Only Great quality of products chef use and always fresh as the owners told us. Cocktails also, were pretty tasty. Thank you so much for the helpful staff, the excellent service from the owners Mr. George and Nasos. We will be there every night till the end of our holidays!!!

Nice surroundings, even the pool and jacuzzis are available for guests!
Delicious portobello and chicken nuggets. We also ordered small hookah which is more than enough for two people. Nice and helpful waitresses. I do recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty food; the sausage texture was a little weird though . Staff was accommodating. I think the manager even came and gave my friend a 2nd coffee after realizing she didnt get the full serving the first time. Feral cats around happy to be fed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Came a stranger, left as a family member. So lucky to celebrate Easter at this amazing family ran restaurant. Offered us an amazing free Easter lunch made with love and left us Easter gifts. George and his family really care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a awesome vibe here. The owner and staff were probably some of the best I’ve ever encountered while traveling. The food was very good, fresh and well presented. The pool has a awesome layout and the rooms well taken care of. Very short walk to the beach and just right off the main strip to keep you close to everything and keep it mellow in a crowded area. Really looking forward to coming back. I won’t stay anywhere else in Crete.

Wonderful master chef works here, who will cook excellent dishes and what is not only on the menu - I was so lucky - I wanted a salad with salmon and he did! Nice atmosphere - good music, delicious breakfasts. And coffee? is now one of the favorite places not only for food : for drinks (tea antistress is my love - it's really nice). and the staff knows English, even Russian, so you feel very comfortable! it's so cute when you are taken care of, and the staff is concerned about the quality?
