Forget going to the main Street and go here this is the Best in Skala. Monestery spaghetti the nicest dish I have ever tasted. Very attentive and friendly waiting staff. Will be back.

Great place for having a break from sea and beach. It has a friendly pool and tasty traditional and international meals. Try the cheese saganaki which is the best we had in Kefalonia

What can I say. Words simply aren't enough. We hosted our wedding reception at Pikiona and everything exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with a great pool, modern furniture, beautiful garden and a very refreshing shade under the majestic pine trees. However, what really set this apart was the service and the treatment we received from the owner and the staff. They went above and beyond what was expected of them, accommodating our every request in the friendliest and most respectful manner, making the whole experience of organising our reception a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. I have to say a few things about the food too though. Oh. My. God. Everything was faultless. Having had the privilege to enjoy London's food scene for the past 10 years, I have fairly high expectations when it comes to food, which most of the places in Skala fail to meet. Pikiona not only met them, but far exceeded them! Every single thing we served on our wedding (from the fusion of greek and french cuisine finger food, to the king prawn starter and beef fillet with sweet wine sauce main) was exquisite. Everything was cooked just right, was perfectly balanced and extremely tasty. We went back many times since the wedding and tried most of the things in the menu as well, and I can confidently say that this is the best food you'll find on the island. I'd be willing to pay triple and quadruple their prices for the quality they offer. It is that good and that reasonably priced. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Skala or Kefalonia in general for holidays. It's become my favourite place to eat on the island.

Beautiful place with exceptional service!!! NO place like this in Skala! We ate fresh fish, swordfish, salad with salmon and local "riganada", cheese with sesame and honey... and some more dishes... Also the sweet souffle was great. Only thing tlwe did not like: the bread (which was paid separately) was not enough in terms of quantity.

Fantastic meal here last night with a large group of 10 and the staff were fantastic. The food and drinks were very nice, I will highly recommend this restaurant. The one picture below is steak in a garlic sauce with French fries- very tasty. Friends had Greek lamb kleftico, which they said was fantastic.

Great location opposite the beach, clean and well maintained, friendly staff . Plenty of choices on the menu. Live music (Friday night). My husband and I had a lovely tasty meal, starters and main meal plus drinks, price was under 55 Euro with tip. Would recommend.
