The food is good, fresh and you really have to try the marinated anchovies.
From some points you can see the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food, from the best pork chops in town to the fresh fish, cold beer, great wine & cocktails in a perfect sea view setting in the village, if that was not enough the service is the icing on the cake, very friendly, efficient & charming staff & owner who oversee everything.
This is a first night taverna, it was also the one we chose for our last night (and a few in between !!) we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taverna atmosphere with good service, situated at the bottom of the main street. My wife had the calamari starter and sardine main and both were very good. My meal was a different matter, my village sausage with feta wrapped in bacon starter had no discernible feta and the bacon was some kind of processed meat. My Greek mixed grill had nothing Greek about it and was of Wetherspoons standard but not price. With 2 drinks each the bill was €62, by far the most expensive meal we've had in Skala.

It was an incredible experience. The Greek wine they served was perfect.
The starters and mains were fresh and authentic. Easily one of our best meals in Skala.
Would highly recommend the swordfish!

We ended up going there three times in a week as the other restaurants did not appeal to us as much.
Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, good prices, filling portions, quick service, clean restaurant and lovely view of the sea.
Highly recommend going here.
Ancient Moussaka and Chicken Souvlaki were our favourites (among all the other great dishes!)
