D	Dimitris Markos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη κατάσταση στα ραντεβού και στην εξυπηρέτηση επειδή γνωρίζω για την εθελουσία και την έλλειψη προσωπικού δεν σημαίνει ότι έχουν δικαιολογίες σαν πελάτης εμένα αυτά δεν έπρεπε να με νοιάζουν αν δεν είχα την μισθοδοσία που με αναγκάζει να τους ανέχομαι θα έφευγα χθες!!!! Unacceptable situation in appointments and service because I know about volunteering and lack of staff does not mean that they have excuses as a client I should not care if I did not have the payroll that forces me to tolerate them I would leave yesterday !!!!
Φ	ΦΩΤΕΙΝΗ ΚΑΤΡΑΚΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού διώξανε με εθελούσια έξοδο όλο το προσωπικό, δεν υπάρχει πλέον δυνατότητα εξυπηρέτησης. Εφαρμόσανε ετσιθελικά και τα ραντεβού και δυστυχώς λόγω μισθοδοσίας πρέπει να τους ανεχτώ...τραγική κατάσταση πλέον !!! After all the personnel have been expelled on a voluntary basis, there is no longer any service available. They applied the appointments well and unfortunately due to payroll I have to tolerate them ... tragic situation now !!!

Με παρέπεμψαν να ερθω άλλη μέρα γιατί δεν είχα κλείσει ραντεβού, δεν ήξεραν ότι μπορώ να κάνω την διαδικασία ηλεκτρονικά και με έστειλαν σε άλλο υποκατάστημα γιατί δεν είχαν χρόνο. Η ειρωνεία είναι ότι από την εξυπηρέτηση μέσω web μου είπαν να πάρω τηλέφωνο πριν πάω... Καλά θα δοκιμάσω ξανά σε 1 μήνα μπορώ και χωρίς κάρτα ανάληψης. The store has probably closed. The phone is calling 3 days now but no one answers. The irony is that from the web service I was told to pick up the phone before I go ... Well I will try again in 1 month I can without a withdrawal card.

H	Hara Holeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα την Δευτερα να κλείσω ραντεβού δεν απαντησε κανεις αλλά κατάλαβα όμως το γιατί μετά όταν πήγα στο καταστημα και τελικά την Τρίτη πρωί που απαντήσανε παρόλο που δεν είχαν άμεσα κάποιο ραντεβού η Κα Κυρ.. (λόγω προσωπικών δεδομένων δεν θα αναφέρω όλο το επιθετο), ήταν εξυπηρετικότατη και άκουσε με προσοχή το πρόβλημα μου και έτσι με εξυπηρέτησε την ίδια μέρα κατευθείαν. Στο κατάστημα κατάλαβα ότι εκτός από μένα που εξυπηρετούσαν με φυσική παρουσία ταυτόχρονα απαντούσαν και τα τηλέφωνα (οπότε λογικό να μην απαντάνε σε όλες τις κλήσεις). Και ο Κος Παπο.. και η Κα Κυρι... ήταν σωστοί επαγγελματίες και με εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα! I called on Monday to make an appointment but no one answered but I understood why then when I went to the store and finally on Tuesday morning they answered even though they did not have an appointment immediately Ms. Kyr .. (due to personal data I will not mention the whole surname), she was very helpful and listened carefully to my problem and so she served me the same day directly. In the store I realized that apart from me who served with a physical presence, the phones were also answering at the same time (so it makes sense not to answer all the calls). Both Mr. Papo .. and Ms. Kyri ... were good professionals and they served me perfectly!
T	The Jolly Joker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is the worst.. phone-waiting is minimum 20 min. long, everyone redirects to someone else, no one knows nothing. Complete lack of professionalism.
