What they do best for customer service and they also have knowledge not like anything but shops. Fast service courtesy and the dress code as befits a bank

J	Jason Kesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οτι χειρότερο μπορει να σου τύχει για τραπεζα... Έχουν βάλει 2 ατομα να δουλεύουν για να εξυπηρετισουν 50 (αν προλάβουν) την ημέρα! Δεν σηκώνουν ΠΟΤΕ το τηλεφωνο στα κεντρικά (το γραφω ενω βρισκομαι +30 λεπτα αναμονής και συνεχιζω) και το πιο αστειο απο ολα σε χρεώνουν 33 ευρώ για άνοιγμα απλου λογαριασμού και 2 ευρω καθε μηνα παγιο, ενω αν το κάνεις απο την εφαρμογή δεν σε χρεώνουν τίποτα... Και για να σε δεχτούν μεσω της εφαρμογής πρέπει η ταυτότητα σου να μην ειναι χειρόγραφη γιατι δεν τους κάνει... Βεβαια στο κατάστημα η ιδια η ταυτότητα τους κανει! Παράνοια... Υ. Γ. Αν θέλετε να κάνετε την δουλεια σας, πηγαίνετε στο κατάστημα στην Πατησίων! Μακράν πιο οργανωμένοι και εξυπηρετικοί μέχρι που σε παίρνουν οι ιδιοι τηλέφωνο να σε βοηθήσουν σε τυχον απορίες για το ραντεβου σου The worst that can happen to you for a bank ... They have put 2 people to work to serve 50 (if they manage) per day! They NEVER pick up the phone at the headquarters (I write it while I am +30 minutes waiting and I continue) and the funniest of all they charge you 33 euros for opening a simple account and 2 euros every month fixed, while if you do it from the application they do not charge you nothing ... And in order to be accepted through the application, your identity must not be handwritten because it does not make them ... Of course in the store, the identity itself makes them! Paranoia... PS If you want to do your job, go to the store in Patision! Far more organized and helpful until they themselves call you to help you with any questions about your appointment

Ιδιωτική έγινε και για αυτό κατάντησε να ψάχνεις υπάλληλο και απάντηση στο τηλέφωνο βρέεεεεεεεεε....ψηφίζετε κιόλας ανεγκέφαλοι !!!! I wonder how cork the Greek is, to make the bank private, they say, so that the remaining employees can work. S	Steven Gion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντάνε ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα, αργή έως αηδιας εξυπηρέτηση,αλλά όταν θέλουν εξυπηρετούν σωστά ΚΑΜΙΑ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΣΤΑ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΑ They never answer the phones, slow to disgusting service, but when they want they serve properly NO SERVICE AND NO ANSWER TO THE PHONES
