Είμαι έγκυος είχε μεγάλη ουρά & επειδή σταμάτησαν τα νούμερα στις 13:30 περίμενα να πληρώσω στο μηχάνημα. Είχε πολύ κόσμο & κάποιοι πολίτες είχαν προβλήματα με το μηχάνημα κανένας υπάλληλος δεν ήρθε να βοηθήσει στις 14:00 έρχονται κι απλά λένε τέλος για σήμερα!! Το μηχάνημα εξυπηρετει μέχρι τις 14:Απερίγραπτοι!!.. The employees are tragic without any intention of serving. It was very crowded & some people had problems with the machine no staff came to help at 2pm they are coming and just saying it's over today !! The machine serves up to 14: Indeterminate !! ..

Ανεξάρτητα, από το ποιος έχει δίκιο, η ευγένεια και ο σεβασμός προς τον πελάτη, επιβάλλονται. Η δυσαρέσκεια των συναλλασόμενων με την τράπεζά σας, πρέπει να ληφθεί σοβαρά υπόψη, για να παραμείνετε ανταγωνιστικοί. Really, I have not received more rude behavior, than ever before, at a bank branch. Regardless of who is right, courtesy and respect for the customer are imperative. Δυστυχώς και σε άλλες περιπτώσεις εισόδου μου σε ΔΕΚΟ η προόδου μου σε φόρμες με μπλοκάρουν με κάθε τρόπο. Παγκοίνως γνωστόν ότι εάν εφαρμοσθεί η ψηφιοποίηση στο Δημόσιο Τομέα μας 40 % των υπαλλήλων θα χάσει το ψωμάκι του ! Έχουν και συναδελφική αλληλεγγύη με τους ιδιώτες -λογιστές ,στους οποίους καταφεύγομε ,για να συνεχίσωμε την είσοδο,εδώ στο e-banking σας. Με ταλαιπωρείτε τόση ώρα τώρα,χωρίς να μπορώ να προχωρήσω, αφού δεν μου στείλατε κανένα αριθμό. Θέλησα να συνδεθώ με το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας σας 302103288000,αλλά μου αντέτειναν ότι δεν χρησιμοποιείται! Χειρίζομαι από καιρό e-banking σε άλλη Τράπεζα,αλλά μου στέλουν my/.. με το viber.
