Τις δύο φορές μου έκλεισαν τη γραμμή μετά από 2λεπτη αναμονή και την πρώτη φορά με συνέδεσαν αλλά δεν απαντούσε. Ενώ κλείνουν στις 14.00 από τις 13.35 δεν υπάρχει επικοινωνία. Όλη η οικογένεια μου είμαστε πελάτες. Που να μην ήμασταν!! I called 3 times for a simple up-to-date poetry appointment. The two times they closed my line after a 2 minute wait and the first time they connected me but he did not answer. While they close at 14.00 from 13.35 there is no communication. My whole family are customers. Where we were not !!
V	Vanessa Mela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η υπάλληλος ,η υπεύθυνη για την είσοδο πελατών σήμερα στην τράπεζα.Ενω την ενημέρωσα ότι ήθελα επίσκεψη στη θυρίδα με " ξέχασε " 45 λεπτά έξω από την τράπεζα ,ενώ υπήρχε γενικότερη ακαταστασία και ένταση. Μόνο που δε λιποθύμησα από την αναμονή κάτω από τον ήλιο. Παροιμιώδης η έλλειψη σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη ! Δεν επιμορφωνετε το προσωπικό σας; The employee, responsible for the entry of customers in the bank today, is unacceptable. Only I did not faint from waiting under the sun. Proverbial lack of respect for the customer! Do not you train your staff?

H	Helen Steele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανοιξα λογαριασμό στη Πειραιώς γιατί κατεπλάγη από την ευγένεια των υπαλλήλων. Είναι η μόνη τράπεζα που ξέρω στην Ελλάδα που ξέρει τι θα πει εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Τώρα τελεύταία η κα Ερμίδη, και η κα Διαμαντοπούλου τακτοποίησαν τις εκρεμμότητες του λογαριασμού μου από το τηλέφωνο και με email. Ηταν πάρα πολύ συνεργάσημες και οι δύο. I opened an account in Piraeus because I was surprised by the kindness of the employees. It is the only bank I know in Greece that knows what customer service means. Recently, Ms. Ermidi and Ms. Diamantopoulou settled the outstanding issues of my account by phone and email. They were both very cooperative.

Also Some of them really helpful but one of them actually very rude, he was whispering our whole conversation on the phone making fun of me because instead of asking to pay for “Gramatio” I should’ve asked for “sinalagmatiki”. Although on the paperwork it did actually say both terms. I would also like to mention that we pay this “gramatio” or what ever they want to call it Every month for 6 months now and we always asked the same thing. It’s really funny how they make fun of a customer right in front of them with no shame at all. He shouldn’t be aloud to directly serve customers , he probably is better of doing some office job away from customers.
R	Rama Seifi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude!! Front desk kept asking me to leave to another branch and I refused after coming here. Once I was inside she refused to help later finally allowing me to go to the cashier who was also very rude and really treat a client terribly. I will definitely not be returning to this branch.
