K	Konstantinos Zournas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι, αδιάφορος και αγενής διευθυντής, ένα μόνο ταμείο για ολόκληρη Παιανία, αναμονή μία με δύο ώρες, τις μισές μέρες δεν δουλεύουν τα μηχανήματα μέσα ή έξω ή δεν έχουν λεφτά, τώρα θέλουν ραντεβού για να μιλήσεις με κάποιον (!!!). Απαράδεκτοι όλοι και όλα. Ήταν καλή τράπεζα παλιά και την έκαναν ένα σκουπίδι. Unobtrusive employees, indifferent and rude manager, one cashier for the whole of Peania, waiting one to two hours, half days not working machines in or out or no money, now they want an appointment to talk to someone (!!!). All and all unacceptable. It was a good old bank and they made it a junk.
Χ	Χρήστος Μ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση, αγενείς υπάλληλοι, 15 υπάλληλοι μέσα και για να κάνεις μια δουλειά θέλεις 1-2 ώρες αν πάρεις σειρά. Σε άλλο κατάστημα κοντινής περιοχής αξιοπρέπεια , ταχύτητα και χαμογελαστοί. Κάτι παίζει με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Poor service, rude employees, 15 employees inside and to do a job you need 1-2 hours if you take turns. In another store nearby dignity, speed and smiling. Something is playing with that store.
Π	Περιφράξεις Σινάνη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάτι δεν πάει καλά, ξεκάθαρα. 15 μετρημένοι υπάλληλοι στα γραφεία και ένα ταμείο, στο οποίο η αναμονή υπερβαίνει τη 1,5 ώρα. Παλιά υπήρχαν 3 ταμεία, ένα εκ των οποίων για επιχειρήσεις. Υπάρχουν κάποιες συναλλαγές που απαιτείται η προσέλευση στο κατάστημα,πχ κατάθεση επιταγών.Κάντε κάτι. Something is wrong, clearly. 15 counted employees in the offices and a cash register, in which the wait exceeds 1.5 hours. There used to be 3 cash registers, one of which was for businesses. There are some transactions required to visit the store, such as depositing checks. Do something.
Μ	Μαρία on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ να συνδεθώ στο Winbank mobile εδώ κ 2 εβδομάδες αλλά λέει συνέχεια «η πρόσβαση σας δεν είναι ενεργή,για να ενεργοποιηθεί εκ νέου καλέστε στο τάφε νούμερο» το οποίο νούμερο δεν απαντάει κανείς μα κανείς !!!! I have been trying to connect to Winbank mobile for 2 weeks but it keeps saying "your access is not active, to activate it again call the grave number" which number no one answers but no one !!!!

Ε	Ελεαννα Τρουμπουλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαρραδεκτοι στην εξυπηρέτηση!! είναι 3 μέρες που πάω 12 και περιμένω στην ουρά γιατί εκείνη την ώρα μπορώ, και βγαίνει πάντα μια υπάλληλος στην ΤΕΡΆΣΤΙΑ ΟΥΡΆ κατά τις 1.30 και λέει δεν θα εξυπηρετηθείτε οι υπόλοιποι!! ντροπή τους!όταν λέμε μα περιμένουμε από τις 12 3 μέρες τώρα,γυρνάνε με υφακι κ λένε δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε τίποτα για αυτό!! ωραία... και εγώ λοιπόν θα αλλάξω τράπεζα!! και να μην ξεχάσω.... ούτε ένα αστέρι... απλά το πάτησα για να μπορώ να σχολιάσω!!! και πάλι ντροπή τους!!χάνουμε μεροκάματα 3 μέρες τώρα κ ποτέ δεν εξυπηρετιομαστε! Is it possible to serve ONE employee only ????? You are serious;;; Queue of 10 people in 1 and you will tell us then come at dawn. Shame!
G	Giannis Papaioannou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνήθως τις συναλλαγές τις κάνω μέσω Internet banking όπου δεν αντιμετωπίζω κάποιο πρόβλημα. Χρειάστηκε να πάω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα γιατί μέσω internet δεν γινόταν. Από τη μία χρειάζεται ραντεβού και όταν καλείς για να κλείσεις ραντεβού δεν απαντάει κανείς...τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ανύπαρκτο.... 1,5 ώρα αναμονή με την 80άχρονη μάνα μου .... ένα ταμείο τι να σου κάνει... Οι υπάλληλοι σαφώς και δεν φταίνε. Ο σχεδιασμός που έχουν κάνει οι υπεύθυνοι φταίνε. Καμία σχέση με το πως λειτουργούσε παλαιότερα. Κρίμα...
