★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε συνέχεια ένα ταμείο και μια αναμονή πολύωρη....εάν δεν μπορείτε κλείστε το ή πάρτε κιναλλους υπαλλήλους ή βάλτε μηχάνημα εσωτερικά για συναλλαγές όπως όλες οι τράπεζες!!!ποιό άχρηστη τράπεζα δεν υπάρχει
 You should constantly be ashamed of a cashier and a long wait .... if you can't close it or get channel employees or put in a machine for transactions like all banks !!! which junk bank doesn't exist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα μόνο άτομο στο ταμείο να εξυπηρετεί 20-30 πελάτες κάθε φορά που έρχομαι. Απαράδεκτο!
Only one person at the cashier can serve 20-30 clients every time I come. Unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δευτέρα 23 Σεπτεμβρίου το κατάστημα λειτουργεί με ένα μόνο ταμείο!!! Όταν ρώτησα τον υποδιευθυντή εάν υπάρχει δυνατότητα για 2ο ταμείο απάντησε αρνητικά και ότι έτσι έχει κατάσταση. Η κίνηση για το ταμείο είναι αυξημένη ενώ η εξυπηρέτηση και η λειτουργία του συγκεκριμένου υποκαταστήματος τουλάχιστον για το ταμείο είναι ελλειπή. Να διευκρινίσω ότι ο υπάλληλος στο ταμείο κατέβαλε αξιότιμη υπερπροσπάθεια για να τα βγάλει πέρα μόνος του.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γκρίνια, βαρεμάρα να εξυπηρετήσουν, λάθη στην εξυπηρέτηση και δεν απαντάνε το τηλέφωνο -τουλαχιστον επί 3 ημέρες- που προσπαθω να επικοινωνήσω.
Complaints, boredom to serve, service errors and do not answer the phone -at least for 3 days- that I try to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντούν στο τηλέφωνο, γεγονός που σε αναγκάζει να πας εκεί. Εν μέσω πανδημίας δεν είναι και πολύ έξυπνο. Θα μπορούσαν να γλιτώσουν αρκετούς επισκέπτες και να αποφύγουν και την δίκη τους ταλαιπωρία.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν ποτέ βγάλετε άκρη με το Εν λόγο κατάστημα της Εθνικής να με πάρετε τηλέφωνο να με βρίζεται. Εξυπηρέτηση είναι άγνωστη λέξη και αν κάποτε κάτσουν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν θα νομίζεις ότι κάτι κάναν αλλα στη πραγματικότητα ΔΕ ΘΑ ΚΑΝΟΥΝ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ. 5 ΦΟΡΕΣ ΑΙΤΗΜΑ για επανέκδοση της Κάρτας (γιατί υπήρχε πρόβλημα) και εδώ και 1 χρόνο σφυρίζουν κλέφτικα.
If you ever get away with the National Store in question, call me and curse me. Service is an unknown word and if they ever sit down to serve you you will think they did something but in reality WILL DO NOTHING. 5 TIMES REQUEST for reissue of the Card (because there was a problem) and for 1 year now they have been whistling stealthily.
