Φτάνω σε πρακτικά άδεια τράπεζα και όταν επιτέλους έρχεται κάποια υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή, που έκανε εμφανή μεγάλη προσπάθεια να είναι στοιχειωδώς ευγενική, μου είπε ουσιαστικά ότι ψεύδομαι και μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθώ μόνο με ραντεβού, χωρίς διάθεση να βρεθεί κοντινή ημερομηνία ενώ πληροφόρησα για το έκτακτο της περίπτωσής μου. Ο ανταγωνισμός έδειξε κατανόηση και βοήθησε χωρίς να είμαι χρόνιος πελάτης. Αποφύγετε εκτός αν προτιμάτε επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης δημόσιας υπηρεσίας.
