★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ευγενικοί, διεκπεραιωνουν την εργασία που ζητάει ο πελάτης. Η εξυπηρέτηση όμως απαιτεί κάποιον χρόνο. Αυτό δεν οφείλεται μόνο στα έκτακτα μέτρα για τον Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχετε τα χειρότερα συστήματα ΑΤΜ απο όλες τις τράπεζες. Πολύ συχνά προβληματικά και δε μπορείς να βάλεις χρήματα. Ειδικά αν είναι κυριακή παθαίνουν κάτι και δε λειτουργούν, ίσως είναι αργία και για τα ΑΤΜ. Σε μία εποχή που δεν μας επιτρέπετε να κάνουμε συναλλαγή στα ταμεία, τα μηχανήματά σας θα έπρεπε να πετάνε όχι να σέρνονται. Λειτουργείτε ακόμα με συστήματα εικοσαετίας.
