Μη εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό που δεν έχει τις βασικές γνώσης πάνω στο αντικείμενο εργασίας. Παντελώς ανενημέρωτοι με καμία διάθεση συνεργαςίας. Οι διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης μας καθυστερούν αναίτια. Οι άνθρωποι βροντοφωνάζουν πως δεν έχουν καμία διάθεση να εργαστούν. Αναφέρομαι ιδιαίτερα στην ξανθιά κυρία της εισόδου. If I could score below the unit I would have done it. The worst I have encountered in organization and service. Unskilled personnel who do not have the basic knowledge on the subject of work. Completely uninformed with no willingness to cooperate. Our service procedures are unnecessarily delayed. People shout that they are not in the mood to work. I am referring especially to the blonde lady at the entrance.

It is good to pick up the phone. How do you expect to make an appointment with one of your representatives when you never answer ??? Shame only !!!

Φυσικά η νοοτροπία δημοσίου παραμένει σε κάποιους, ας μην τα θέλουμε και όλα δικά μας. From the few stores in Piraeus that you can negotiate, not to mention the only one. Ούτε μάσκα ούτε τίποτα και εσεις ζητατε ραντεβου για να αποφύγετε το συνωστισμό; Μα και συνωστισμός να μην υπήρχε, αφού, σύμφωνα με το αφήγημά σας κανείς δεν φοράει μάσκα, πάλι υπάρχει "κίνδυνος μετάδοσης" από έναν τεχνητό ψευδοϊό. Ζητουσα δυο εβδομάδες σε αλλά υποκαταστηματα Πειραιώς της Ανατολικής Θεσσαλονίκης επανέκδοση κάρτας λόγω κλοπής. Τα ραντεβου με τη δικαιολογία των συνθηκών Covid ήταν τουλάχιστον ένα μήνα μετά, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχω προσβαση στον λογαριασμό μου που ήταν ο μοναδικός λογαριασμός μισθοδοσίας μου! Η κυρία Στέλλα Πατρικη υπάλληλος στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα με εξυπηρετησε στο πρωτο τηλεφώνημα την αμέσως επόμενη μέρα ενώ βοήθησε και άλλοι συνάδελφοι με την τεράστια προθυμία τους να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία σε μια ώρα, είχα την κάρτα στα χέρια μου! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε τόσο δυσκολες μέρες κυρίως από πλευρα ανθρωπιάς και πολλα ευχαριστώ στην κυρία Στέλλα, σπανίζουν,δυστυχώς,άνθρωποι με τέτοια αίσθηση καθήκοντος! The appointments with the excuse of the Covid conditions were at least a month later, as a result of which I did not have access to my account which was my only payroll account! Mrs. Stella Patriki, an employee at this branch, served me on the first phone call the very next day while she helped other colleagues with their great willingness to complete the process in an hour, I had the card in my hands! Many congratulations on such difficult days, mainly from the point of view of humanity, and many thanks to Mrs. Stella, unfortunately, people with such a sense of duty are rare!
d	dimitris g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην καλύτερη περίπτωση, απαντώνται 1 στα 8 τηλεφωνήματα. Υπάρχει προσωπικό το οποίο δεν φαίνεται πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Ο "προϊστάμενος" (2020) μου είχε προτείνει λύση η οποία κόστιζε 50€ ενώ μια υπάλληλος του καταστήματος της Νεάπολης λύση με 1€ (+κάτι) (με την οποία και έλυσα το πρόβλημα). Η εφαρμογή covid wallet δεν αρκεί για την ταυτοπροσωπία και την είσοδο στο κατάστημα (όπως σε άλλες τράπεζες και δημόσιες υπηρεσίες). Υπάρχουν και υπάλληλοι πρόθυμοι, οι οποίο δεν αρκούν για να αλλάξουν την εικόνα του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος. At best, 1 in 8 phone calls are answered. There are staff who do not seem willing to help. The "boss" (2020) had suggested me a solution that cost 50 € while an employee of the Naples store solution with 1 € (+ something) (with which I solved the problem). The covid wallet application is not enough for the identity and the entrance to the store (as in other banks and public services). There are also willing employees, which is not enough to change the image of the specific store.

V	V P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst branch of this Bank. For 7 years I have been visiting this place. If you need to get something more than checking your balance then you can feel this village style, very poor, customer service. The employees try to create more obstacles rather than help you. When visiting Greek state bodies (e.g. Eforeia) I get way better and efficient treatment. Unsure how the headquarters of Pireos Bank still employ these people. The place is a pure red tape!
