Ένα 50ευρω ήθελα να χαλάσω μόνο, η κυρία στα Αριστερά της εισόδου μας παρέπεμψε στην Υπάλληλο στο γκισέ της Υποδοχής. Επειδή είχα "ουρά", για να μην περιμένω, ρώτησα αν μπορώ να το χαλάσω...λόγω που βιαζόμουν. Το ύφος και οι απαντήσεις/υποδείξεις της συγκεκριμένης υπαλλήλου...ήταν λες και είμασταν παρείσακτοι ή ανεπιθύμητοι...! Τελείως Αδικαιολήγητη Συμπεριφορά! - I am a customer of Piraeus Bank, I have visited many branches throughout Greece, but the way I recently met in this branch is simply ..... Unprecedented! I only wanted to waste 50 euros, the lady on the Left of our entrance referred the Employee to the Reception counter. Because I had a "tail", so as not to wait, I asked if I could spoil it ... because I was in a hurry. The style and the answers / suggestions of the specific employee ... it was as if we were intruders or unwanted ...! Completely Unjustified Behavior!
V	VASILIKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι... ποτε δε σηκωνουν τηλεφωνα προσπαθω να κλεισω ραντεβου μια που δε μπορουμε να παμε "ακαλεστοι" και δε ξερω τι να κανω. Εχω σοβαρο προβλημα με την καρτα μου ΚΑΙ ΑΚΡΗ ΔΕ ΒΓΑΖΩ! Unacceptable ... they never pick up the phone, I try to make an appointment since we can not go "uninvited" and I do not know what to do. I have a serious problem with my card AND I DO NOT TAKE IT TIP!
