★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed broke down on the first day, they moved us to a different room only for a night. The day after we moved back to the old room after they fixed the bed. The water is dripping from the door of the shower, we told them about it, and they said that they will give more towels (they did not).
After all that, in the end, they had the nerve to argue with us on one euro tax. Our booking receipt showed that we paid the tax and the receptionist said that they did not receive it. Amazing ??
I really like Plakias, but I will not go back to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend your vacation - nice service, big appartments and big pools too ;) if someone prefers not to go to the beach. Fortunately no need to "reserve sunbeds" before sunrise ;) as there are always free beds irrespective which time to go to the beach ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location opposite the beach. The swimming pools in the central courtyard area also make these apartments perfect for kids. The pools are also great if the wind gets up on the beach as they are sheltered. Spotlessly clean with a daily cleaning service as well. The one thing to lookout for is they don't have washing machines and there is no laundry onsite or in the town. The only option is a laundry service that is charged per item and is therefore very expensive.

We will definitely go back to this hotel next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peaceful resort with outdoor pools. We arrived late night but the staffs was waiting for us to support the check-in. The room has kitchen and enough cookers for few days of staying. The view from our room was great.

The pools are two different sizes (for kids and adults) and very well-maintained. If you want a peaceful Crete holiday, this resort might be a good option. The only concern is that the location is quite far away from the Herakalion airport. It may took 3 hrs to get here. But once you are here, you will feel rewarded. Recommend for a family trip.
