The ancient theater, the huge tank and the market deserve your attention. The care of the archeological site by the people who work there is really perfect. Thanks.
B	Bertrand Sorez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un très beau site, difficile d’accès car la route n’apparaît pas sur Google Maps (un panneau indique le chemin à partir de la route principale la plus proche). Il faut ouvrir le portail soi-même (et le refermer derrière soi). Le site vaut réellement le détour. A very nice site, difficult to access because the road does not appear on Google Maps (a sign shows the way from the nearest main road). You have to open the gate yourself (and close it behind you). The site is really worth the detour.

E	Ed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne und sehr grosse Ausgrabungsstätte. Ca 600 bis 200 bc. Recht gut erhalten. Theater fast vollständig. Atemberaubende rundum Aussicht. Eintritt nur 3 Euro. Lohnt sich absolut. Very beautiful and very large excavation site. Approx. 600 to 200 bc. In good condition. Theater almost completely. Breathtaking all around view. Entry only 3 euros. Absolutely worth it.
Σ	Σπύρος Συμεών on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτη θέα, μοναδική ιστορία, πολύ κοντά στο Μεσολόγγι με αμφιθεατρική θέση της λιμνοθάλασσας και εκπληκτικό το αρχικό θέατρο. Το κακό της υπόθεσης είναι ότι είναι μόνο πρωινά ανοικτό και δεν γίνονται εκδηλώσεις στο αρχαίο θέατρο με μόνη εξαίρεση μια φορά κάθε χρόνο τον Αύγουστο. Είναι κρίμα, με τις εκδηλώσεις θα είχε γίνει ευρέως γνωστός ο σπουδαίος αυτός χώρος και αν ήταν προσβάσιμος και απογεύματα τότε θα είχε μεγαλύτερη επισκεψιμότητα..!!! Incredible view, unique history, very close to Messolonghi with amphitheater position of the lagoon and amazing original theater. The bad thing is that it is only open in the mornings and there are no events in the ancient theater with the sole exception of once a year in August. It is a pity, with the events this great place would have become widely known and if it was accessible in the afternoons then it would have more traffic .. !!!

Άριστα και στον κύριο που κόβει τα εισιτήρια. Εξυπηρέτηση με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια!!! Exit the road and go up to Plevrona. You will not lose !!! Circular route to an ancient theater, aqueduct, ancient market, all with wonderful views. Excellent to the owner who cuts the tickets. Service with a smile and courtesy !!!
P	Panagiotis Markopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Plevron was on of the strongest cities of the Hellenistic era. The archaeological site has good infrastructure and good overall signage. A visit is highly recommended! The entry fee is only 2 € while children go free.
