D	Dimas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικοί αστυνομικοί!!! Ειδοποιηθηκαν από περαστικο ότι κάποιος πάει να κλέψει ένα αυτοκίνητο. Εκαναν, προς τιμήν τους, περιπολια στην περιοχή και έπιασαν τον κλέφτη να κλέβει άλλο αμάξι (το δικό μου). Το πρώτο αμάξι τελικά δεν το έκλεψε. Έπιασαν τον κλέφτη μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο μου την ώρα που με εκλεβε.. Και μου έδωσαν πισω ότι είχε προλάβει να κλέψει και είχε πάνω του. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ!! Συνεχίστε έτσι το έργο σας!! Excellent police officers !!! They were notified by a passer-by that someone was going to steal a car. They patrolled the area in their honor and caught the thief stealing another car (mine). The first car finally did not steal it. They caught the thief in my car while he was stealing from me .. And they gave me back that he had managed to steal and had it on him. Thank you very much !! Πρόσφατα στενός συγγενής μου ηλικιωμένος με προβλήματα στη μετακίνηση προσπάθησε να δηλώσει την απώλεια ταυτότητας και τον παρέπεμπαν σε ιστοσελίδα ενώ δεν έχει γνώση χρήσης υπολογιστή και ενώ είναι υποχρεωμένοι να τον εξυπηρετήσουν. Αρνήθηκαν να του εκδώσουν την ταυτότητα με το πρόσχημα του ραντεβού ενώ δεν μπορεί να μετακινηθεί μόνος του και τον υποχρέωσαν να ξαναπάει!! Αυτό είναι το ελληνικό δημόσιο!! Αυτή είναι η αστυνομία δίπλα στον πολίτη!! Γιατί τους πληρώνουμε?? Για να κάθονται??? Αν υπήρχε 0 στην αξιολόγηση θα το έβαζα με τόνο!! Unacceptable behavior of employees that is supposed to be there to serve the citizen !! Recently, a close relative of mine, an elderly person with mobility problems, tried to declare the loss of identity and was referred to a website while he has no knowledge of computer use and while they are obliged to serve him. They refused to issue him the ID under the pretext of the appointment while he can not move alone and forced him to go again !! This is the Greek state !! This is the police next to the citizen !! Why do we pay them ?? To sit ??? If there was 0 in the rating I would put it in tone !!

G	Giacomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fascinating in its slightly decadent, vaguely independence-style interiors and puzzling decor: a collection of police badges stuck to the wall, a broken cathode television, a bouquet of plastic flowers under a merciless neon light . Waiting times are quite long, so come prepared. There's no vending machine to buy food or drinks at, and no bathroom. On the plus side, the personnel speaks English and is very kind and helpful, making service the true bright star of this enterprise. You will likely find yourself sitting in a very international scenario, with both tourists and locals waiting to declare a theft. It might not seem like much, but it definitely makes the time flow more smoothly, and gives you a chance to help someone in your same situation.

But that the officers treated us annoyed and angry and where almost screaming at us is not acceptable! (same for the woman after us) I know that working in a police office in Thessaloniki is probably not that easy and demands good nervs - but thats not the fault of the "customers" Try at least to act as if you are caring a bit!
