★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow but they were busy enough with a small number of staff on but they were friendly and helpful. Food was so good though, the burger were unreal well worth a visit.

Prices are little higher than usual cause its very tourist place, but if you search little bit more you will find shops with really good deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most well-known landmark of Rethymno. This was the main gate of the city walls in the Venetian era. Ottomans destroyed the walls but thankfully this gem has survived. This monument cannot be missed by any visitor of the city. Nowadays it marks the entrance of the old town and also of the main shopping street of the city (Ethnikis Antistaseos street).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rethymno in Crete, a lovely city full of little surprises. Long narrow roads and small lanes with houses and shops on either side , cobbled streets (slippery when wet) We just love this city . There's definitely something for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Town and harbour here are brilliant. I hate shopping but spent all day angering round tiny streets and the maybe 200 small shops. Bars were brilliant and fish resteraunts around harbour the same.
