Perhaps the best hotel in Koufonisia! Everything was great. Very nice, clean and elegant designed rooms. Great pool with view to the sea. The staff and the owners was also very helpfull. Must visit!

The only very bad point concerns the underground rooms (really underground, not lower ground), absolutly no view, as if you are in a cave, an oppressive feeling. We have not been cleary informed by the web site. Except this, it’s a nice hotel with great exterior arrangements and very efficient staff, special thanks to Alexandra and Yannis.

Great room, the location is good. People working there are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, not something fantastic.

Beautiful rooms with stunning landscapes and sea views. Peace and quiet without the hustle and bustle of other islands. This is by far the best resort on the island with a 200m walk to the beach and a fantastic pool on site for your choice. Sumptuous breakfast and amazing lunches and snacks. The hosts and staff are amazing, friendly and can't do enough for you. This is a must visit destination when you come to this island.

By far the best place to stay in Ano Koufonisi with the most beautiful aesthetic and landscape design including herbal gardens and water features accross the plot. The Bougainvillea trees are a colourfull and vibrant touch to the landscape. Additionally the pool is amazing and offers tranquility because of the view and the limited amount of noise. The natural tones of the materials used all accross the establishment create the most relaxing environment creating the perfect holiday escape. It is a 15 minute walk to the center but closer to the beaches of the island. The hospitality and service are incredible and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast is of high quality and very tasty especially the homemade cakes. I wouldn't choose the basement rooms again due to the noise and smells coming from the kitchen every morning but if you want best value for money it is beyond expectation. Of course the rooms with the balcony are superb and a better and luxurius option. Can't wait to stay at this place again!!!

Poor customer service! Sent off a booking request and was advised that there was a room available. I responded back in less than 10 minutes to say that I wanted to proceed with the booking - didn't hear back so had to follow up.. four days later I receive an email back that there's no availability and the room had been given to someone else. Extremely disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay, the place is beautiful, Fotini and all the staff were very kind and helpful.
