H	Helen Daskalakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. Great pool. Short drive to city of Hania and nearby beaches. Size of room was good and very clean but did not like that our 3rd bed was a fold-up armchair with a 10cm mattress making it so very very uncomfortable to sleep (see attached photo). Also, for 3 nights we were given 3 small pouches of shampoo and 1 small pouch of body wash for all 3 of us to share. When we told the reception this was not enough we were told they can't give us any more and will talk with the manager. Don't know if they did so. Never got any. So people, best to bring your own unless you are ok using a greenpea sized amount everytime you shower and shampoo.
N	Naulann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is one of the many yet my favourite hotel I have been to. Its absolutely amazing. I loved it, when I was there a few years back. Now it is in my mind every day and I dream of visiting again. Here are five reasons why I liked it The hotel is really beautiful, first of all. Second of all, the little shop at the entrance is good. I still have a hat i bought from there. Third thing, the claw machine next to the pool that I spent all my change on, and it was worth it. Fourth thing has to be the pool. It wasn't too large, nor too small. It was just the right size, and the pillars separating the two sections of the pool make it more pleasing to the eye. There's one more reason: The staff. They were really nice, even though I wasn't on my best behavior. I even tried to "hack" the claw machine by moving the joystick back and forth while repeatedly hitting the button. Overall, for a finnish tourist, it was a great experience and would definately go again. 5/5 stars.
E	Eimantas V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to noisy road, every evening music is playing loudly up to 11pm. Pool is closed (it means you are not allowed to use it) from 8pm till 8am. Room had a beautiful mini-kit chen, shower is fabulous. Air conditioning lights cannot be turned off so forget about sleeping in the dark.

Delicious food and healthy breakfast at the restaurant by the pool in very good price. Highly recommended.

We did not have big expectations, since it's a tree star hotel. When we arrived, there was the sweetest man to greet us and showed us to our room. The room was big and clean, and yes, it was not one of the newest rooms, but the bed is one of the best we have ever had on a hotel! The room was kept very clean the whole week, so we were delighted. The manager of the poolbar and the restaurant (the man who met us when we arrived) is one of the sweetest men we have ever met on ours trips. His wife works there allso and believe me, both of them treated us like we were royals. The atmosphere they created made us eat nearly all of our dinners there! There was so much good food to choose from and everything we ate was delicious. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Crete, this is the place to stay! We will come back to this hotel already next year!

M	Michael Pilgrim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They play very loud music at night until 11pm. The place is open air so the noise pollution travels throughout the valley it's in - no consideration for their neighbours. They should at least turn the volume down at 10pm, 11 is rude.

Very good restaurant and a minimarket that actually have The most we needed to ok price. The pool was realy Nice, and The poolbar had Nice drinks and cold beer. Recomend this Hotel.
