F	Faraaz Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will break this review down into four areas: 1. The pools and spa: 5 stars ⭐️ lots of space, sun-beds, good equipment, nice massage, and pool side service. Gym is good for resistance training and cardio. 2. Restaurant and bars: 5 stars ⭐️ the good quality alone is worth the price of admission. Not amazing out of the world good but high quality for Crete. 3. Staff: 4 stars ⭐️ service minded and very attentive. There is no room to negotiate anything as they are very busy but what they do within the service area is great. 4. The room and hotel: 3 stars ⭐️ the rooms are old and the elevator is ancient ? it works since we were there for the sun and outdoors. Ps: beach hotel…stone beach ? with one good sand spot. 15 min from city by taxi for 10-12 euro ride 40 min from Chania airport at 34 euro using local taxi booked online. Overall nice 3 day stay and I put on some weight from the Buffett lol ?
C	Calliku Esi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you get different size rooms for the same price, so make a request for the bigger rooms when you book if you want a spacious place. breakfast was the only meal we had aid for so its all i can speak for. food was not bad but the fruit was often rotten and not good at all considering its greece. drinks, especially coffee are very overpriced. however, my main concern was the hygiene. we switched rooms with a friend so they could be closer to their children, and we notified reception but they had not sanitized the place, only changed sheets and towels. considering its covid times i found that even worse. and during our stay we had to constantly ask for shampoos because the staff kept forgetting to give us new ones.
S	Sonja Rubink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently in the Hotel but we are really upsad... we hadn't have a warmly welcome, the whole Staff is unmotivated and rude (exept two people and we are still friendly and kind to all of them). The Service is bad, the rooms are old and not modern. The food is ok. Just the Pool Area is awesome. But the Hotel are separated in two areas (Panorama blue and panorama) and it is not allowed to use all areas of the Hotel (no one told us or give us the info). Be more kind and patient to the guests, they pay your bills! Never ever again

Breakfast had hard ready made pastries (how is that even possible?) , Dinner a selection of bad food. Service was not great. Sad I did not read the reviews for this supposed 5 stars, as there are a fair chunk of negative ones. I would not stay for a holiday. Perhaps if I really need to stay in the area for work reasons, but would definitely not have any food there.

Old equipment ok the mattress are good but the rest is not worth 5 stars. Renovation is needed. The pool is amazing and the view too. But we are not coming back, it didn't impressed us
