 A very welcoming and warm place made with love, ideal for Ashtanga Yoga practice but also for Zen meditation. The teacher, a wonderful person with deep knowledge of traditional techniques, is personally responsible for each student. Well done for your work and your philosophy!

Demetra has an amazing physicality and her teaching is playful, with clear instructions, a keen eye for correcting postures and a great sense of humour.
