Brand new hotel, very clean with friendly staff. View is magnificent and is located on the best beach of the area (Ayia Paraskevi). There is no lift and there are a lot of steps from the room to the beach or restaurant / pool. However, there is a golf car that can assist in moving around. Definitely needed to take language from/to car. Family room very large and internet access is good. We have been given 4 passwords and had no issues connecting throughout the hotel. I would suggest to be given the option not to change towels every day. Restaurant food was good and fish fresh. Prices were very reasonable. However, the price per night is high but I consider good value for money except for the breakfast. I would rate it 5/10 as choices are limited and every day it was the same. Variety should be bigger and not charge for other types of coffee (other than filter coffee which is free). The breakfast was the only disappointment. Overall I would recommend the hotel if within your budget.

This hotel is excellent with a big almost private beach! Nice friendly staff always ready to help and esp George the manager had the courtesy to speak to us and help us in all our needs. The rooms sparkling clean.. and all these made our holidays unforgettable! Panagiotis and Dimitra

Very poor service I came to the beach at 6pm, ordered drinks and got the bill for umbrella set of 10€. Will never come back.

It was a very relaxed friendly environment . The pool area is a great place to relax. All the facilities are clean and modern. We ate dinner here to and the food was delicious. Our waiter Demos was great, friendly efficient and gave us heaps of tips for our holiday in Greece. Very very happy.

No value for the money you pay. We decided to travel in Covid time . So we checked opinion to cancel the booking. This is the only one hotel that don't agree to give us any refund if we cancel with announcement of 3 weeks and charge all the cost 3 week before our arrival. Finally we arrived . 1. The beach is public and very crowded. Local people come from all area to enjoy this beach with you. 2. There is a very difficult climbing from pool to the room . We are really in good shape and was difficult even for us. 3. The pool is full of chlorine and all our swimsuits became green after one visit of pool . When we asked manager to take care of it , she answered that it's ok and no treatment needed. All children had a eyes pain . I'm sure that for these money you can find better place to stay .... Реально не стоит этих денег !Общественный пляж , из бассейна до комнаты очень крутой подьем ...лишний раз в комнату не подымешься , в бассейне нельзя нырять и маленьким детям купаться с кругом ....

Great (small) hotel; you get the golf-car to take you up-down ... During the stay we had some BAD smell - they've explained it's from the neighbors (problems with canalisation) .... Swimming pool is great for kids; chairs by the see and by the pool are great (especially if you get those under the olive trees by the pool)... Breakfast is more-less the same everyday, but they add something different daily ... All in all - I'd recommend this place!!!

Beachfront, modern, clean and relaxing boutique hotel with magnificent view! We stayed for a week at this lovely boutique hotel and were absolutely satisfied with every aspect of it. The hotel is situated in one of the most wonderful spots of Sivota with a private beach and beautiful nature surrounding. Quite, relaxing and private, the hotel is very clean throughout, The suites with a minimalist style, have very suitable floor plans and are spacious enough to ensure comfort and privacy for a couple or a family (we were a couple with our son 13 y). We booked a panoramic suite, from which we had breathtaking views and fascinating evenings in the balcony. The staff are very friendly and ready to assist anytime, whether it is on the beach, pool area, bar and restaurant and room service. You can enjoy all facilities at this hotel: bar, restaurant, pool, beach and golf cars that will ease your movement throughout its facilities and from/to the room. Safety measures were respected as well. The management offered pest controls also. The hotel offers fresh towels, bedding and room cleaning on daily basis. Breakfast was substantial, while the dining menu is reach and the chef offers great varieties of fresh fish, delicious traditional and Mediterranean courses, but not only at reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay much more than other 5-star big resorts in terms of privacy and customer-centric service. We would defiantly repeat our experience in this hotel and would highly recommend a stay for others in it.

Perfect hotel on any aspect: room, restaurant, pool, beach facilities. The people working here are what we call in Greece "well hearted". The beach is to my opinion the best in the area. Also the restaurant is one of the best we have ever been to in Greece... Not just in the area.... Amazing food and breakfast... The gardens also add a positive feeling in the whole experience. One last word to the hotel: Thank you guys!!!!
