 I recommend it, recommend it, the owner of a great woman, nice, always smiling, large apartment, super clean and with a kitchen. You can go down to the beach by steps. Lovely place and view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτια έχουν εξαιρετική θέα! Ήταν καθαρά και πολύ προσεγμένα. Υπήρχε αρκετός χώρος για parking. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι, μας κατατόπισαν κατά την άφιξή μας. Η απόσταση από τα Σύβοτα ήταν λιγότερη από 10 λεπτά με το αμάξι. Η παραλία της Αγ. Παρασκευής ίσως η καλύτερη της περιοχής με κρυστάλλινα γαλανά νερά. Στο ισόγειο των διαμερισμάτων υπήρχαν ξαπλώστρες και είναι εξαιρετικό σημείο για να δεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Η θέα της Κέρκυρας και των Παξών μας έκανε να αγαπήσουμε το μέρος και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθούμε!
The rooms have great views! They were clean and very attentive. There was plenty of parking space. The owners were very welcoming, communicated us upon arrival. The distance from Sivota was less than 10 minutes by car. The beach of Ag. Friday is probably the best in the area with crystal clear blue waters. On the ground floor of the apartments there were sun loungers and it is a great spot to watch the sunset. The view of Corfu and Paxos made us love the place and will definitely visit again!

Ένα ήσυχο κατάλυμα με κοντινές όμορφες παραλίες κατάλληλο για οικογένειες. Θα επιστρέψουμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία...
Wonderful view of the Ionian Sea. Comfortable, clean rooms with full equipment and plenty of light. Warm and hospitable owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti recenti e dotati di tutti i confort in uno scenario bellissimo con vista sulla spiaggia di Agia Paraskevi (raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina in pochi minuti) e immerso in una quiete soprannaturale. Ottima pulizia, cucinino attrezzato e spazio privato sul terrazzo. A 5 km da Syvota si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare tutte le spiagge della zona. Dispone anche di un parcheggio privato. Elizabeth vi accoglierà con cura. 5 stars.
Recent apartments with all the comforts in a beautiful setting overlooking the beach of Agia Paraskevi (reachable on foot or by car in a few minutes) and immersed in a supernatural peace. Excellent cleaning, equipped kitchenette and private space on the terrace. 5 km from Syvota it is in an excellent position to visit all the beaches in the area. It also has a private car park. Elizabeth will welcome you with care. 5 stars.
