Worst experience as a traveler ever. It is a complete scam. First they try to aggressively recruit you after disembarking, then they try to charge what ever they want for the car rental (it started at 300€ for 3 days and then we managed to lower the price to 240€). The car was in a terrible shape, dirty, de AC hardly working and the front glass was impossible to clean. We almost went in a car crash because of de bad vision. If you can, try to avoid all the companies at the ferry port, they are all the same (literally we saw the same workers in different car rental companies of the port).

Driver took everyone in the shuttle bus to their hotel in a totally random fashion. Even if the hotel of a passenger was 300 m away, he drove 7km to drop someone off and then 7 km and 300 m back to drop you off, where he had just been before. Use the pickup service from your hotel, if you can. It will be as cheap and you will be there faster.

Wish I could give them -5 stars. SCAMMERS! Rented a car and took a video of the inside and outside. They pointed to some scratch on the BOTTOM of the car when we returned. Without giving me any info or estimate, they charged my card 2700 Euros. I found out because my AmEx sent me a notification. I contacted AmEx immediately and they needed the rental agreement. These people "lost" the contract agreement I gave them to make a copy. They had multiple guys approach me to keep me distracted. Then they said it would take them a long time to find their copy. We stood there and argued, and waited for him to find their copy to make a copy for me. Then the guy tried to get me to sign a blank piece of paper so they can send me the estimates with my signature on it, which doesn't even make sense. I'm glad I used my AmEx. They don't have a sign with their name here (I wonder why). This is the one next to a business called Chillbox. Honestly, just don't even rent car on this island. The government needs to take action and they will only notice when they see a big decrease in demand.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! We just wanted a ride to Oia but they talked us into renting a car stating that the taxi ride would be too expensive. When we went to return the car they found scratches under the car and charged our credit card without asking. Book your taxu before arriving at the port. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!!

Got us where we needed to go, but it was hectic and expensive. They grabbed us right off the ferry, we needed a taxi and just went with them cause it was the first option. They juggled us around some busses and there was little to no room for tall people. If you're reading this while sitting on the bus, you're gonna be fine. Just know there are cheaper options, a bus probably would be better, and you may have a bumpy ride

Very disappointed to say that I got RIPPED OFF here. Charged at the beginning (thinking it was a deposit) and again at the end even though there was no issue with the car. I realised after I left when I checked my account that this had occurred and the exact same amount had been taken twice. When I queried it, he tried to convince me that it was a fault on my banks side but I knew this wasn’t the case. I had to leave to catch a ferry and he knew this. I see from there reviews in hindsight that I should have avoided this place. It’s a shame as they seem to have a good business going and I don’t see why they have to stoop to this sort of shady business model. Poor form

Please avoid this place, I was physically threatened here. The positive reviews appear to all be fake, from employees working there (saw one of them writing one at his computer). These guys scammed us and claimed there was damage where there wasn’t (I even had a video) and physically threatened me (yes literally like in a movie) unless I coughed up a few hundred euros. Like literally a few guys just circled me and kept pumping the price for repairing the scratch up. If you’re a tourist PLEASE AVOID. The more touristy-looking you are, the more likely they are to pull this type of scam. This is also all IN ADDITION to pulling a weird scam where they secretly double charged me on the rental itself by pulling a sleight of hand maneuver where they charged my credit card while I wasn’t watching, after I had already paid with cash in full. Hopefully this review can warn at least a few people not to go. They don’t deserve your business.
