Θα ήθελα να ήξερα σε ποια άτομα απευθύνεται ..Απλά ντροπή Are we serious € 500 for studios in such times, when the basic one is € 558? I would like to know to whom it is addressed .. Just a shame
A	Anastasios Veloudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μοιάζει με εταιρία φάντασμα...Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω με κάποιον για μερικές ερωτήσεις και δεν υπάρχει κανένας τρόπος παρα μόνο email. Έστειλα μήνυμα και μετά από 2 εβδομάδες δεν έχει απαντήσει κανείς. Έστειλα μήνυμα στο Facebook και έλαβα μια αυτόματη απάντηση με ένα τηλέφωνο για επικοινωνία στο οποίο δεν απαντάει κανείς. Κρίμα γιατί με μια ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, δε πρόκειται να πετύχει το project. It looks like a ghost company ... I'm trying to contact someone for some questions and there is no way but email. I sent a message and after 2 weeks no one has responded. I sent a message on Facebook and received an automatic reply with a phone for communication to which no one answers. Too bad because with a non-existent customer service, the project is not going to succeed.
M	Minas-Marios Kontis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πατε Oikotrust, νοικιαστε με σηκαντικο, πατε σε οικοδομες ανω πολη, μεινετε σε Airbnb. Αλλά μακριά από εδώ. Αθλια Εξυπηρετηση, Μηδεν Σεβασμος. Περιμενα 40+ λεπτα που με εστησε η κοπελα για την επιδειξη των στουντιο. Ακραιος αντιεπαγγελματισμος και καμια ειδοποιηση. Μη τηρηση μετρων covid. Τα studio ειναι πιο μικρα αποτι φαινονται στις φωτογραφιες, αλλα ειναι κομπλε. Αυτα που ειναι επι της Παπαναστασιου, εχουν απιστευτο θορυβο απο το δρομο και αποπνικτικη θεα. Αυτα που βλεπουν στο παρκο ειναι τα μονα βιωσιμα. Οι τιμες ειναι υψηλες για την περιοχη αλλα λες οκ ευκολια. Απο την αλλοι, ειναι τελειως εκμεταλευτες. Η τιμη των στουντιο γυρω στα 500€. 1 μηνα πριν που ειχα ρωτησει μ παν οτι μπορω να το κλεισω ακομα κ για διαστημα ενος μηνα, στην ιδια τιμη. Χτες, μου ειπαν 900€ για το δωματιο των 500€. Τελικα, καποια διαμερισματα πρεπει να δουλευουν και ως airbnb γιατι εβλεπα πολους ξενους να πηγαινοςρχονται. Γενικα, μου εκανε τρομερη εντυπωση πως ενα τετοιο προτζεκτ εκατομμυριων εχει τοσο κακη διαχειρηη και εξυπηρετηση. Μιλαμε για επιπεδο χειροτερο απο αυτο των δημοσιων υπηρεσιων. Go to Oikotrust, rent a pickup, go to upstairs buildings, stay on Airbnb. But far from here. Poor Service, Zero Respect. I waited 40+ minutes for the girl to set me up for the studio show. Extreme unprofessionalism and no notice. Non-observance of covid measures. The studios are smaller than they appear in the photos, but they are complete. Those that are on Papanastasiou, have incredible noise from the street and a stifling view. What they see in the park are the only viable ones. The prices are high for the area but you say ok convenience. On the other hand, they are completely exploited. The price of the studios is around € 500. 1 month before I had asked everything that I can close it even for a period of one month, at the same price. Yesterday, they told me 900 € for the room of 500 €. Eventually, some apartments have to work as airbnb because I saw a lot of strangers coming and going. Overall, I was very impressed that such a multi-million dollar project has such poor management and service. We are talking about a level worse than that of the public services.

Обслужването е на много добро ниво,персонала е любезен и отзивчив. I am very pleased with the room and the service. The cafe is also very well done, with a taste for detail. The service is at a very good level, the staff is friendly and responsive.

X	XΡΙΣΤΙΝΑ ΨΩΜΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα από τα καλύτερα συγκροτήματα κατοικιών στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Παρέμεινα για περίπου 8 μήνες για σπουδές. Το διαμέρισμα σύγχρονης κατασκευής, με καινούρια έπιπλα, ( αρκετοί αποθηκευτικοί χώροι και μεγάλες βιβλιοθήκες και γραφείο ) μοντέρνο, πεντακάθαρο και ήσυχο. Όλο το 24 ωρο υπάρχει φύλαξη με ελεγχόμενη είσοδο των επισκεπτών με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργεί αίσθημα ασφάλειας. Το αυτό ισχύει και για τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Στην τιμή της κατοικίας περιλαμβάνονται και οι λογαριασμοί (απεριόριστη χρήση κλιματισμού και θερμοσίφωνα )και όλο το 24 ωρο internet xωρίς βλάβες και διακοπές που για σπουδαστή είναι το πιο σημαντικό, κάτι που συμφέρει αφού αποφεύγει κανείς τις μεταβάσεις σε δημόσιες υπηρεσίες για συνδέσεις και την ταλαιπωρία που αυτό συνεπάγεται. Υπάρχει συγκοινωνία (μόλις ένα τετράγωνο από το project) για το κέντρο. Σε μόλις 10 λεπτά είσαι στην Τσιμισκή ενώ υπάρχουν 2 σούπερ μαρκετ ένα κάτω από το κτίριο και ένα κοντά στις στάσεις. Ομοίως υπάρχει φαρμακείο , κρεοπωλείο, φούρνος, και πολλές καφετέριες. Δεν θα μπορούσα να παραλείψω την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση μου από την διαχειρίστρια του κτιρίου κάθε φορά που την χρειάστηκα, την ευγένεια της και την άμεση ανταπόκριση της ακόμα και σε θέματα διαμονής μου σε μια ξένη πόλη. Η παραμονή μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη θα μου μείνει αξέχαστη λόγω της διαμονής μου στο PROJECT 151. Eυχαριστώ όλη την ομάδα του PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the best residential complexes in Thessaloniki. I stayed for about 8 months to study. The apartment of modern construction, with new furniture (several storage spaces and large libraries and office) modern, spotless and quiet. There is security 24 hours a day with controlled entry of visitors, thus creating a feeling of security. The same goes for common areas. The price of the house includes the bills (unlimited use of air conditioning and water heater) and the 24 hour internet without damage and interruptions which for the student is the most important, something that is advantageous since one avoids the transitions to public services for connections and the hassle that This implies. There is transport (just one block from the project) to the center. In just 10 minutes you are in Tsimiski while there are 2 supermarkets one under the building and one near the stops. There is also a pharmacy, butcher, bakery, and many cafes. I could not miss my immediate service from the building manager whenever I needed her, her courtesy and her immediate response even in matters of my stay in a foreign city. My stay in Thessaloniki will be unforgettable because of my stay at PROJECT 151. Thank you to the whole PROJECT team !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
d	dimitris kampas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεδομένο, η ασφάλεια, με την ελεγχόμενη πρόσβαση κλπ.Τα διαμερίσματα είναι καινούργια,επιπλωμένα,με ασύρματο internet ,ρεύμα (θέρμανση-ψύξη)κανονική κουζίνα, fit room(!) όλα σε ένα λογαριασμό.Έχει και επαγγελματικά πλυντήρια-στεγνωτήρια (με κέρμα).Parking ποδηλάτων και πατινιών με φόρτιση (εσωτερικά στην ελεγχόμενη αυλή).Είναι σε εξαιρετική περιοχή και έχει τα πάντα γύρω και κοντά το ΑΠΘ-ΠΑΜΑΚ .Το myMarket είναι ακριβώς από κάτω.Πας και με τις παντόφλες (Not!). Όποιο πρόβλημα υπάρξει (αν) ο security στη υποδοχή θα το λύσει άμεσα. Όλα αυτά σε μία τιμή. Given, security, with controlled access etc. The apartments are new, furnished, with wireless internet, electricity (heating-cooling) regular kitchen, fit room (!) All in one account. It also has professional washers-dryers (with coin ) .Parking of bicycles and skates with charge (inside the controlled yard). It is in an excellent area and has everything around and near the AUTh-PAMAK. MyMarket is just below. You can also go with the slippers (Not!). Any problem (if) the security at the reception will solve it immediately. All this at one price.
