★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gigantisch. Aufstieg über Lavadia. 2:40h, bis zum Kamm beschwerlich. Der Plattenweg hat einige Unterbrechungen, gut aufpassen. Dann am Kamm entlang. Der Gipfel entschädigt für alles. Der Abstieg ist schlimmer. Rutschgefahr durch das Geröll. Unbedingt die Hände frei halten. Abstieg 2:00 Stunden. Pausen jeweils 15 Minuten. 3 Liter Wasser pro Person, Banane, Apfel, Orange und Traubenzucker.
