Κ	Κλεοπάτρα Οικονομίδου - Μητσιμπόνα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο πύργος χτίστηκε γύρω στα 1770, σύμφωνα με την επιγραφή μιας μαρμάρινης πλάκας που βρέθηκε λίγο πιο πέρα από τον πύργο. Δυστυχώς σήμερα μπορεί κανείς μόνο εξωτερικά να επισκεφτεί τον πύργο . Η κάτοψη του Πύργου είναι τετράγωνη και έχει 3 ορόφους με ημιυπόγειο. Βρίσκεται στο βορειοανατολικό τμήμα της Τσαριτσάνης, στη μεγαλύτερη και πιο κεντρική συνοικία, της Παναγίας, και απέναντι από την εκκλησία της Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου. Η θέση αυτή είναι οχυρή από τη φύση της και ασφαλής. Στο σημείο αυτό η ορατότητα ήταν μεγάλη και προς την πόλη και προς την πεδιάδα και βοηθούσε για τον έλεγχο των κινήσεων των ντόπιων και των ξένων επιδρομέων. Χρησίμευε και για την προστασία των κατοίκων του χωριού που κατέφευγαν εκεί, και σε κρίσιμες στιγμές έβγαιναν προς τα βόρεια, στα βουνά. The tower was built around 1770, according to the inscription of a marble slab found just beyond the tower. Unfortunately today only one can visit the tower only externally. The ground plan of the Tower is square and has 3 floors with a semi-basement. It is located in the northeastern part of Tsaritsanis, in the largest and most central district of Panagia, and opposite the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. This place is fortified by nature and safe. At this point the visibility was great, both to the city and to the plain, and helped to control the movements of locals and foreign invaders. It also served to protect the villagers who fled there, and at crucial moments they were going north, into the mountains.
