A	Abigail Heasman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were so attentive to all wants and needs.. they made sure the stay was absoloutly perfect. The views were stunning and the entertainment made sure every night was simply amazing! I had the most wonderful time in beautiful scenery which was perfect for photo ops. Special shout-out to George who made everything so special. Will be back soon!
J	Johanna Borros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. There are multiple pools, one of them for kids and one of them for adults only. The views from the room balcony are extraordinary at any time of the day! We came to the hotel as a group of 400 tourists with the same organization. Unfortunately we realized very quickly that the hotel was severely understaffed.in addition, the staff was not helpful although some of them were kind. Some staff members even lied to our face about some facilities. They gave some facilities to members of the group that they denied to others. One of the staff members even screamed at me and got angry when I went to tell them I discovered this when I should be the one who's angry. The hotel wasn't cleaned properly the whole time we were there. One of the days they got to our room only at 4 pm! The hotel is located in a very distant location, it takes more than 40 minutes to go to Heraklion. All in all, I would definitely not go back there not would I recommend anyone to stay there
R	Rachel Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a week. Such a fantastic hotel. A great choice of restaurants and the food was just delicious. The scenery all around is stunning and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. As an all inclusive resort -we could not be more impressed.
J	Jacqui Mckague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the hotel were nice and did the best they could, but there were not enough of them. To provide the service you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The hotel is not a 5 star... More like a 3 start. It has some lovely pools and is right on the see front, however it s need of updating. Our bathroom was scruffy, there was no iron/iron board in the room and when I requested one there were none available. The tea and coffee in the room was basic, no hot chocolate and they were not restocked. The location isn't great oif you like to get out and about a bit, to get anywhere you have to take taxis, so it's best for those who just want to stay in he hotel grounds.

Although the hotel is quite far you can easily get a bus down to a little town or rent a car that they deliver to the hotel. George in charge of food and beverages is amazing he was very helpful
O	Olena V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place with multiple pools. It is located right on the coast so besides the pools you can also swim in the Aegean Sea. Our room had our own pool which was nice. Several restaurants in the hotel offer various food choices. Great place for families with kids. It has everything for a great stay. The only problem I had was front desk service. They didn't seem as efficient as they should be.

The amenities are absolutely satisfactory in the rooms. Also everything is spotless with the cleaner coming in every day and the towels being changed frequently. The air conditioning was very satisfactory and the bathroom had hot water. Good and helpful reception, as well as all staff.

We have arrived late in the evening and there was nothing for me and my family to eat. The fridge in the room is topped up with water only if you are lucky, most of the days they don’t even bother. The food is lacking in quantity and in quality. There is no entertainment available. The room is tidy but is not cleaned. Only a few of the staff are nice and polite, most of the staff does not seem happy to be here. Not enough lighting in the evening. There was a lot of pressure for us to leave the room at 11 o clock and our flight is only at 21:30. Not good enough to be rated as is.
