Positive: Quiet place for some calm vacation, right on the beach, with plentiful of small traditional taverns nearby for some fresh fish and traditional cuisine. Really polite and helpful hosts!.

Positive: Maria provides very good contact service and always answers any questions right away. She also left a lovely welcome pack of fruit and drinks in the fridge.The studio was big and had all that was needed.. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: First of all, before the stay, Maria contacted us to arrange our arrival and made all the process very smooth. Then we were awaiten with real Greek hospitality, fruits in the basket, drinks in the fridge and we had the pleasure to taste the delicious home made olive oil. Furthermore we could chose the apartment and fortunately one with sea view was free. Garden around the building is very nice with lots of flowers and shadow from trees and you really enjoy the morning coffee on the balcony. Location is good, lots of tavernas in the area yet not crowdy and ideal for families with kids, but not far away from main city Heraklion and other touristic attractions, including beaches, Lasithi plateau and all the East part of Crete if you have your own car. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at Kiveli and would like to thank Maria and her family for taking care of guests this way. Efharisto, and warm recommandations!. Negative: Cooking unit is old and needs to be renewed, but that was really not a big issue for us. Anti-mosquitos net on windows would be a must but Maria provided us with citronella candles. Really no big issue with Kiveli!.
