Ο Αλέξανδρος και ο Δημήτρης ασχολούνται πάρα πολύ με τους μαθητές τους και τις μαθήτριές τους. Είναι από πάνω προσέχουν κάθε λεπτομέρεια στην άσκηση , ενώ ξέρουν να δίνουν την κατάλληλη ψυχολογική ώθηση. Στο γυμναστήριο έρχονται από παιδιά 8 χρονών έως άνθρωποι 75-80 χρονών . Το μόνο που έχει να κάνει κάποιος είναι να ακολουθήσει τις οδηγίες των παιδιών για να δει καλά αποτελέσματα στο σώμα του. Το γυμναστήριο διαθέτει και πρόγραμμα για πιλάτες με την Όλγα η οποία είναι επίσης άψογη στη δουλειά της. Τηρούνται πλήρως τα υγειονομικά μέτρα. Επίσης κάτι άκρως σημαντικό που δεν το βρίσκεις εύκολα. Τα παιδιά δεν είναι με το ρολόι στο χέρι. Δίνουν προτεραιότητα στο να βγει ένα πρόγραμμα σύμφωνα με τις εκάστοτε ανάγκες. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ ωραίος. Υπάρχει και εσωτερικός και εξωτερικός χώρος. After 6 months in AP Life I only have positive comments to make. Alexandros and Dimitris are very busy with their students. They pay attention to every detail in the exercise, while they know how to give the appropriate psychological impetus. Children from 8 years old to people 75-80 years old come to the gym. All one has to do is follow the instructions of the children to see good results in their body. The gym also has a pilates program with Olga who is also flawless in her work. Hygienic measures are fully observed. Also something extremely important that you do not find easily. The children are not with the watch in their hand. They give priority to a program that comes out according to the needs. The place is very nice. There is both indoor and outdoor space.

The space is positive all around. From the super knowledgeable coaches Alexandros and Dimitris, to the support and encouragement you get from other members. The best workout you will ever experience in your life. I love each minute of it, they push you over your mental and physical limits. A full body and nutrition transformation! Also I tried Pilates classes with Olga and she is amazing ??? So, if you’re looking for a safe supportive space to embark on your fitness and wellness journey, this is your place.
