★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very basic lodging at app 2500 m altitude without any facilities like WC and water. It offers bunk beds and it is equipped with a fireplace. You can reach it by proper 4x4 car in app 1.5-2.0 hours from Kalyvia village. It’s an ideal place to reach Skolio (1 hour) and Mytikas (2 hours) summits and surrounding environment is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice refuge that you can stay as long as you want for free.. There are many beds and a fireplace. There are usually some wood there if you wish to light a fire but it's better if you have your own (just to be sure). It takes about two hours to reach the top (Mytikas)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fastest access point to the peaks. Just keep in mind that the road to the refuge is not great and I wouldn't suggest going there if you don't have a jeep/suv of some sort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The highest place to drive up to Olympus mountain by car but be aware of really big rocks and wild life (cows, bulls, horses, goats and sheep) on your way.
Takes about an hour to drive up to the point in a slow pace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at 2450 metres above the sea level, two houses, larger one with a kitchen area, water and some food stock, an emergency radio kit and small solar panel, sleeping 30 people. The smaller house has another dozen of bunk beds. Some chairs people use to sit around fire circles outside. Further in the yard, there is picnic table. Stunning views. No mobile connection. Perfect for total digital detox. Some weak signal can be caught one kilometre down or up the road. Mount Olympus is about two hour of intensive hike from this base camp. Some local guides drive another hundreds yards above this refuge to drop off the tourists.
