★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful and functional shelter in one of the most beautiful locations of Olympus. It is well maintained and quite clean and the visitor will be satisfied with the services it provides as it is probably the busiest shelter in the country !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay at the refuge. The view is stunning. Make sure you wake up early to see the beautiful sunrise.
You need to bring your own flip flops to wear. We didn't bring any and the staff were really nice and gave us some.
Its really warm indoors. There are two fireplaces in the dining areas. And you can get up to 3 blankets to keep warm at night.
The food is nice too and you have a decent amount of options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This refuge is one of the best we have visited till now. It is very well equipped. There are very affordable prices, many things to buy - meals, drinks or even some equipment for hiking. The rooms were pretty, cozy, with additional warm blankets if you are cold. There is also a fireplace in the dining room. The bathroom is clean and new. Only the water is very cold as expected, when it flows down from the glacier. Surprisingly there is also good wifi connection and electricity. The accomodation for a night costs 13 € per person, 1/2 litre of wine 4,5 €, tea 1,5 €, very delicious tzatziki 3,5 €. The stuff was very helpful, they lent me a jacket when the weather wasn't nice enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great refuge overall! Location is perfect between Prionia and the upper paths towards Mount Olympus, and the views are great (do not miss the morning sun especially in summer).
The staff was lovely and very helpful, they landed us a camping mattress because one of our’s was leaking, and a blanket too for the cold night. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They call it a refuge but it is much better than that. Everything is really well taken care of and really practical. Variety of good food (both vegan and non vegan options). Amazing sunrise from the terrace. Super clean beds and spaces. Definitely will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shelter with perfect location in middle qay between car parking and Olimp summit. If You not strong enough to do all way up/down in one day - this is answer to Your problem ;) No free water fountain /source for tourists here :/ Many friendly dogs here and around - by petting then or giving food You can easy get companion for Your hike ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it is more that a refuge, it is a mountain lodge with proper rooms and beds, good toilets, serves food and drinks. It is located 3 hours hiking from Prionia parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Views from here are realy amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. It took us 2 hours to hike from Prionia parking lot. Unfortunately there was too much snow to hike to higher peaks as we didnt had spikes on our shoes and hiking poles would’ve helped as well.
