★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλά ρούχα και ποιότητα και σχέδια και τιμές!!! Η εξυπηρέτηση όμως στα καταστήματα, είναι αναλογα σε τι πωλήτρια θα τύχεις!!!Σε μερικές λειπει χαμόγελο, η ευγένεια κ η καλή διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν!!! Γεγονός που οφείλετε να λάβετε υπόψη σας!!! Κ στο κατάστημα του κέντρου κυρίως!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο after sale service. Μεταξύ άλλων ρούχων από τη ίδια εταιρεία, αγόρασα το καλοκαίρι και ένα πουκάμισο του οποίου το χρώμα άλλαξε στις μασχάλες κ στη πλάτη. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι το πήγα αρχές Νοεμβρίου στο κατάστημα για να δουν τη κατάσταση του υφάσματος. Το έστειλαν στην βιοτεχνία η οποία απάντησε ότι έγινε ποιοτικός έλεγχος κ ότι το ύφασμα δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα πράγμα που εννοείται δεν ισχύει διότι δεν μου έχει ξανασυμβεί ποτέ άλλοτε με μπλούζα ή πουκάμισο. Θέλοντας να επιμείνω, τους έστειλα ένα e mail εξηγώντας τη κατάσταση και πόσο απογοητευμένη είμαι από την εντελώς άκυρη απάντησή τους αλλά δεν έλαβα καμία απολύτως απάντηση! Regalinas ποτέ ξανα! Επιστροφή στις εταιρείες που μπορείς να πάρεις τα χρήματά σου πίσω μέσα σ' ένα μήνα αλλά και με επαγγελματικό after sale
Unacceptable after sale service. Among other clothes from the same company, I bought a summer suit and a shirt whose color changed to my armpits and back. The truth is, I went to the store in early November to see the state of the fabric. They sent it to the craft which replied that it was a quality check and that the fabric has no problem which is of course not true because it has never happened to me with a shirt or shirt. Wanting to insist, I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation and how frustrated I am with their completely invalid response but I received absolutely no response! Regalinas never again! Return to the companies where you can get your money back within a month and with a professional after sale
