★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ρέμα της Πικροδάφνης είναι απ'τα λίγα ρέματα της Αθήνας που δεν έχουν εξ ολοκλήρου μπαζωθεί. Δυστυχώς στις όχθες παρατηρεί κανείς αρκετές αυθαιρεσίες ενώ υπάρχουν αρκετά απορρίμματα και μπάζα. Θα μπορούσε να βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλύτερη κατάσταση αν οι αρμόδιοι δεν εθελοτυφλούσαν.
The Pikrodafni stream is one of the few streams in Athens that have not been completely blocked. Unfortunately on the shores one notices a lot of arbitrariness while there is a lot of rubbish and rubble. It could be in a much better situation if those in charge did not go blind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σκουπίδια παντού, μπάζα, εικόνα εγκατάλειψης. Καμία μέριμνα ή φροντίδα του ρέματος και της γύρω περιοχής που θα μπορούσε να αποτελεί σημείο επαφής με τη φύση, περιπάτου, αθλητικών δραστηριοτήτων. Η ειρωνεία είναι ότι ο δήμος Αγ. Δημητρίου προβάλει και διαφημίζει τις δράσεις του για το Ρέμα της Πικροδάφνης!!!
Garbage everywhere, rubbish, abandonment image. No care or care of the stream and surrounding area that could be a point of contact with nature, walks, sports activities. The irony is that the municipality of Ag. Demetriou promotes and advertises his actions for the Flower of Raft !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Ρέμα της Πικροδάφνης από ψηλά φαίνεται σαν μια καταπράσινη κορδέλα που περνά μέσα από πυκνοδομημένες τσιμεντόκτιστες περιοχές. Ξεκινά από τους πρόποδες του Υμηττού, διασχίζει τους δήμους Ηλιούπολης, Αγ. Δημητρίου, Αλίμου και καταλήγει στο Π. Φάληρο.
Pikrodafni Stream from above looks like a green ribbon that passes through densely built concrete areas. It starts from the foothills of Ymittos, crosses the municipalities of Ilioupoli, Ag. Dimitriou, Alimou and ends at P. Faliro.
