n	niki tsak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι ο καθρέφτης που αγόρασα ήταν κλειστός σε πακέτο και όχι το έκθεμα στο μαγαζί τους...τελικά απλά έβαλαν το έκθεμα σε πακέτο και μου το πάσαραν ως ολοκαίνουργιο...και κατά τύχη πουλήθηκε και το εκθεσιακό τους κομμάτι μόλις τους έδωσα εγώ την προκαταβολή για το δικό μου...περίεργο που ο δικός μου καθρέφτης είχε το ίδιο σημάδι φθοράς που είχε και το εκθεσιακό τους κομμάτι...οι άνθρωποι είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΧΤΟΙ και ψεύτες... They assured me that the mirror I bought was closed in a package and not the exhibit in their shop ... finally they just put the exhibit in a package and passed it to me as brand new ... and by chance their exhibition piece was sold as soon as I gave it to them the deposit for my own ... strange that my own mirror had the same sign of wear as their exhibition piece ... people are UNACCEPTABLE and liars ...

Οι υπάλληλοι πολύ εξυπηρέτηκοι και σε κερδίζουν αμέσως με την ευγενια τους . Ειδικά η Φρόσω που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ένας υπάλληλος πολύ κατατοπιστική και μου εξηγούσε με υπομονή κάθε λεπτομέρεια για τα έπιπλα που ενδιαφερόμουνα . Με βοήθησε αρκετά στις επιλογές που έκανα με τα έπιπλα και φισηκα τα αγόρασα . Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη με την ποιότητα και τιμή των επίπλων . Ευχαριστώ την Φρόσω για την βοήθεια και ευγενια της . ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΗΡΙΑ στο κατάστημα Renaissance που έχει τέτοιους υπαλλήλους που είναι άριστοι στην δουλεια τους . The store in Maroussi Renaissance is an amazing place with beautiful and quality furniture. The employees are very helpful and they win you over immediately with their courtesy. Especially Frosso who served me was a very informative employee and patiently explained to me every detail about the furniture I was interested in. It helped me a lot in the choices I made with the furniture and I bought it. I am very satisfied with the quality and price of the furniture. I thank Frosso for her help and kindness. CONGRATULATIONS at the Renaissance store that has such employees who are excellent at their job.
M	Maria Antoniadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική αφορά στο ιδιο κατάστημα στον Αλιμο αλλά ο υπεύθυνος είναι ο ίδιος οπότε την αναρτώ και εδώ : Η χειρότερη εμπειρία αγοράς από επαγγελματίες του χώρου. Εκμεταλλευτηκαν το γεγονός ότι προπληρωσα ολόκληρο το ποσό (πάνω από 1000 ευρώ παραγγελία) και μου έφεραν τα 3 επιπλα που είχα παραγγείλει στην εξής κατάσταση: 1) φωτιστικό με ξεφτισμενο καλώδιο 2) τρόλεϊ μπαρ που η εικόνα μιλάει από μόνη της 3) κονσολα που ενω ήταν η μισή αμπαλαρισμενη ήταν ευτύχημα που ήταν η μόνη που έφτασε σε καλή κατάσταση Την επόμενη μέρα πήγα στο μαγαζί. Ο υπεύθυνος του μαγαζιού αφαντος, στο τηλέφωνο που τον πήρανε δεν ήθελε να του μιλήσω. Μου είπανε ότι θα με πάρει τηλέφωνο την ίδια η την επόμενη μέρα. Δεν πήρε. Ξανά πήρα μετά από 3 μέρες επίσης δεν ερχόταν να μου μιλήσει. Όταν κατάφερα να τον βρω στη γραμμή μίλησα με τον υπεύθυνο ο οποίος ούτε μια συγγνώμη δε ζήτησε για την αναστάτωση και μου είπε εν ολίγοις, για το τρόλεϊ μπαρ, οτι έτσι είναι τα βιντατζ κομμάτια (βλ. Φωτογραφια!!), ότι θεωρεί το αμπαλαρισμα για την προστασία των προϊόντων περιττό και ότι έχει και άλλες δουλειές να κάνει από το να μιλάει σε δυσαρεστημενους πελάτες. Για επιστροφή χρημάτων στο τρόλεϊ ούτε λόγος με αποτέλεσμα για να μη χάσω εντελως τα χρήματα μου να καταλήξω με αμφιβόλου ποιότητας επιπλα στο σπίτι μου. Δε το συστήνω σε κανένα ούτε από άποψη ποιότητας και φυσικά ούτε επαγγελματισμου!!! The criticism concerns the same store in Alimos but the person in charge is himself so I post it here: The worst shopping experience by professionals. They took advantage of the fact that I prepaid the entire amount (over 1000 euros order) and brought me the 3 pieces of furniture I had ordered in the following condition: 1) luminaire with frayed cable 2) trolley bar where the image speaks for itself 3) console that while it was half packed was fortunate that it was the only one that arrived in good condition The next day I went to the store. The store manager was silent, on the phone they called him, he did not want me to talk to him. I was told he would call me the next day or the next day. He did not get it. I took it again after 3 days he also did not come to talk to me. When I managed to find him on the line I spoke with the person in charge who did not apologize for the inconvenience and told me in short, about the trolley bar, that this is how the vintage pieces are (see Photo !!), that he considers the packaging for the protection of unnecessary products and that he has other work to do than talking to dissatisfied customers. No reason to return money to the trolley so that I do not completely lose my money to end up with furniture of dubious quality in my home. I do not recommend it to anyone, neither in terms of quality nor, of course, professionalism !!!
