S	Stefane Buvot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL AGENCY !! We had an old Fiat panda, even the central locking of doors didn't work ! When we brought back the car 7 days later, they asked us to pay 15€ more because there was a salt trace on the passenger seat. A simple sponge + water could clean the trace but they told us a specific chemical treatment was necessary ! So why did they rent the car 5 minutes later to another customer ??? because It's a (bad) way to increase the bill...
P	Petter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviewers have noted, old and run-down cars (ours were 15 years old and looked like it'd fallen off a cliff) and they use their imagination freely to skim some cash from you ("the seats look wet, that's 20 euro"). Just not the type of place you come back to.

They took my card to cover the excess on the insurance, the funds were released the day after returning the car, a big thank you. Unlike Avis who secured 90 euros for fuel on a hire car in Paros it is now 12 days and the amount is still not available in my account. Well done Anna Vrettou, once again thank you and another example of great service, AVIS take note.

The island is just beautiful, but has many very sharp climbs, with that old car passing it was a really hard task. But the most difficult task was giving the car back, because when we came to the rent a car A. Vrettou at 11AM, it was open, there was nobody here. After 15-min waiting we made a telephone call to the rent a car A. Vrettou number and someone answered that all staff is busy with collecting the cars, but in the office and on the parking lot with rent cars was nobody. We had a ferry in 30 minutes and got nervious. Some time after someone appeared, but was too busy with other clients. And we were brought to wait till the our ferry arrival. Then we gave the key back to the staff really fast and run to the ferry. This situation was unpleasant and we had bad overall impression with the service this rent a car. It is not recommended.
G	Gerard Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a car several times from Rent a Car Euro Anna Vrettou and I can recommend this company to everyone. I am always very satisfied. The cars I rented were always in a good condition and the service is always very good. Once there was a problem with the ferry and I arrived at Gavrio at 01.00 in the night instead of 19.30. Fortunately that was no problem. I had previously contacted them about this problem and when I arrived, my car was ready with a key where I could find it. So I could go to my hotel the same night. The next morning I could arrange everything that needed to be done. Another advantage is that the car rental is very easy to find. It is opposite the port where the ferry arrives.

At the port there are many other rental car! as you well know, the car already had many defect. And I reported it immediately the following day with photos and description. Difficult to notice since the car was delivered to me quickly in the evening, with an empty tank and all petrol stations closed. Fortunately people in Greece are very nice and helped us. Bad experience!

Hiring paperwork is easy, the cars are clean, mechanically sound and should there be the off chance of a breakdown, puncture or flat battery, someone from Anna's team is with you very quickly to put the fault right. There's no point in going anywhere else - when you get off the ferry at Gavrio, turn left, walk about 150m (7 minutes) and you'll see Anna's new offices overlooking the bay.
