B	Bart Bols on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was the worst experience I ever had on Crete for renting a car. The cars are over used and even now with covid not well cleaned. Even the radio did not work and after asking a change for another car this took 2 days and again an overused car! Mr Babis the big boss promised me a better category for the same price but finally he did not keep this promise and I needed to pay extra!! My advice - never use this company. Even 1 star is too much!

They brought the car to the hotel where I stayed and were okay with me leaving the keys at the reception. Their rental prices included full insurance, thank God!! It is extremely easy to book a car with reasonable prices which also includes full insurance and no credit card is needed (no deposit): they are really the best and the cheapest! Car wasn't the newest one, but everything worked: the car was clean and in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly and competent. Mr Mavrakis and his team really deserve the positive reviews and the compliments from us and the rest of the loyal clients. A	Anne Tolan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personal, on time, attentive and friendly service was in sharp contrast to the filthy junker that was delivered. At first, a clean, small car was delivered to our hotel on time. But, it wasn't the car we reserved - it was important to us to get a larger, more powerful car. So, the good news was that a second, more powerful car was delivered on time. The bad news was that the second car was disgustingly filthy and such a junker that the front bumper was held on with zip ties. We had to buy cleaning supplies and spend a solid hour cleaning the all stained and sticky surfaces of the car. It seemed that this car hadn't been cleaned in years. There was such a stench of cigarette smoke and ashes that we had to clean all the floor mats and spray the seats multiple times with air freshener. There was rotting fruit under the front seats that fortunately we discovered before attracting flies. The upside was that the car had a nice stereo and it got us where we wanted to go. But, would definitely rent front a different company next time.

They were waiting at the airport to pick me up, even though their location is only a few blocks from the airport. There was no wait, and the pickup process was fast and smooth with the car exactly as promised. I returned the car before the location opened and it was an easy walk back to the airport. While we had a minor disagreement about some small damage found on the car, Babis was very open to discussion and polite and reasonable throughout the process. I cannot imagine having a better interaction with any other company.
M	Melissa Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vehicle was very old, high mileage for a rental, radio broken, seat adjustment for driver kept slipping, lighter outlet to charge with was too loose so didn't work, fuel gauge was broken, and the manual interior light switch wouldn't work unless you held it the entire time you used it, wipers beyond useful life, just smudged. Car was at completely empty at pick up and most gas stations were closed since it was late. First service person who dropped off car was nice. On drop off staff was very rude. I should have read and heeded reviews before booking this company. Avoid.

They explained everything we needed to know about the car and the different controls (which they don't usually do in bigger rental companies) and gave us a personal number we could call 24/7 in case of emergency. The car was in good condition, and the price was excellent. If I go back to Crete I won't even consider other car rentals.

The online booking is very efficient and the pick up and drop off at the airport really quick and easy. You can pay cash, no credit card needed. Babis and his staff are very friendly and helpful. On the rare occasions we have had a small problem they have sorted it out straight away or offered to change the car immediately.
