★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень плохой сервис! Купили куртку,за 180 евро, вечером обнаружили брак! Позвонили в магазин (так как были праздники), обещали все решить,а именно была договоренность поменять на другую вещь, в итоге такой куртки у них не было, но и деньги обратно не хотели возвращать,хотя с момента покупки прошли меньше недели! В итоге деньги не вернули а куртку за 180 евро зашили! Позор! Никогда больше ничего там не куплю! Цены дорогие а качество и сервис оставляют желать лучшего! Если будут проблемы,вам никто не поможет,такая уж политика у магазина!
Very poor service! We bought a jacket, for 180 euros, found a marriage in the evening! They called the store (because there were holidays), promised to solve everything, namely, there was an agreement to exchange for another thing, as a result, they didn’t have such a jacket, but they didn’t want to return the money, although less than a week has passed since the purchase! As a result, the money was not returned and the jacket for 180 euros was sewn up! A shame! I will never buy anything there again! The prices are expensive and the quality and service leave much to be desired! If there are problems, no one will help you, such a policy at the store!
