T	Tan Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel good location. Experience was marred by rude reception at the tourist office where you are supposed to check in. Once you get past the nasty woman. A very friendly and hardworking porter will bring you to the room. That is where the smiles stop. The cleaning ladies don’t speak much english and will not be smiling much too.
K	K Grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular views from all rooms which makes up for the lack of amenities and services. Wifi reception is horrible but you're told that at check in. The check in is at the information center about 7 minutes away. The standard studio room was in a cave with the bed (actually a mattress) on the top level sort of in an attic space where who can't actually stand up since the ceiling is very low. We weren't told about or offered a free breakfast which it mentioned on the booking sites. There is a lot of steps to climb at this location so be prepared. Some of the steps are a bit slippery. Its a very short walk to the site where you can see the sunset. If you are on a budget and don't plan to spend a lot of time in your room, then book this hotel (although I heard some of the more expensive rooms at Residence suites are a lot better).
M	Mag gie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this hotel for three nights and no one came to clean the room. We had to use the towels for three nights. The noise is unbearable! You can’t even see the sunset. The bathroom always smells like sewage. It’s so small too. Our bed is upstairs so they have this small stairs that whenever you go up you’ll definitely bump your head. Worst service and hotel with that kind of price.

We visited Santorini in the winter season. So it was pretty cold. There is no breakfast served. The reception were really helpful.
J	Jeff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our visit to Oia,this was the first hotel that we checked into. It was an amazing property. It was so clean and well maintainted. The staff was very courteous in greeting us. We had a junior suite to ourselves and it was so cozy and comfy.We had a sea facing room, so the view after wakig up in the morning was simply breathtaking. This place has an excellent location and is well close to the market place and the main town in Oia. All in all it was an excellent stay for our first time visit to Greece. Thank you to all the staff and people out there.

We stayed in a junior suite right off of the main terrace and had a wonderful view of the caldera from our room (although we spent most of our time in the evenings out on the terrace in one of the jacuzzis). The room itself was clean and simply decorated, and thankfully had an air conditioner that could keep up with Greece in July. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the wifi wasn't great, if you could get it to connect at all, but we were too busy out enjoying the island for it to be a problem. All around, we had a lovely time.

There was a space for us to swim/jacuzzi overlooking the sea to escape the heat, chairs to lay out on the deck, an incredible view from our personal balcony as well, and the friendliest most helpful staff! Hope I can come back and stay here again in the future. 10/10 Great location, great view, comfortable, and great people.

We read some mixed reviews about this place but upon check-in, everything was great for us. we stayed in the honeymoon suite with the outdoor hot tub, which directly oversaw the blue dome (it was pretty much crowded at all hours of the day there! Crazy, but fun if you like to people watch). It was also cool in that it's a real cave room, furniture is a bit old but overall it's a great deal given you have everything you need, the water is clean and view is great, and you're right in the heart of Oia.
